Objects: Mental fatigue has gradually become the most important problem in today's society.Whether exercise or nutritional supplement will have an impact on the recovery of mental fatigue requires experimental research.In this study,19 healthy men who entered mental fatigue were rehabilitated through two different interventions,short-term aerobic exercise and caffeine intake.The aim is to explore the continuous effects of different interventions on the recovery of cognitive and attentional levels after mental fatigue,and to analyze the effects of blood biochemical indicators and to develop new ideas for future research.Methods: Methods: This study was divided into experiment 1 and experiment 2.In this study,19 healthy male college students were selected as research objects.Experiment 1 was the establishment of mental fatigue induction model.All subjects were given a large number of test questions and assignments for 2 hours.Experiment2 was about different ways to relieve mental fatigue.Each subject conducted three experiments,including a control experiment and two experimental interventions of caffeine intake and short aerobic exercise.The interval of each experiment should be more than 1 week.During the experiment,immediately after the subjects entered the mental fatigue state,cognitive ability,attention level test and venous blood collection were conducted 1 and 2 hours after fatigue.The main measure indicators were sequential addition,letter cancellation,serotonin and BDNF.SPSS19.0 was used for statistical treatment.Paired sample T test was used for in-group comparison in experiment 1,repeated measurement analysis was used for in-group comparison in experiment 2,and paired sample T test was used for comparison between each intervention group and the quiet group.Definition p<0.05 means there was a significant difference,p<0.01 means there was a very significant difference.Results: Experiment 1: after finishing the mental fatigue,both continuous calculation level and the letter cancellation level were significantly reduced(p<0.01).Experiment2: 1)Continuous calculation level: after mental fatigue induction,each group significantly decreased(p<0.01)immediately and recovered significantly at 1 hour after fatigue with no significant difference from before fatigue,but significantly decreased in the caffeine group after 2 hours of fatigue(p<0.01).After 2 hours of fatigue,the caffeine group was significantly lower than the control group(p<0.05).2)Letter cancellation level: Immediately after induction of mental fatigue,the groups decreased significantly,and there was no significant difference between 1 hour after fatigue and before fatigue.After 2 hours of fatigue,only the exercise group was significantly higher than the quiet group(p<0.05),and there was no change in the caffeine group..Two hours after fatigue,the exercise group was significantly higher than the quiet group(p<0.05).3)Blood indicators: A.Brain-derived neurotrophic factor,there was no significant change in each group from the moment after fatigue to2 hours after fatigue(p>0.05),and there was no significant difference between groups at each time point(p>0.05).B.There were no significant changes in the5-hydroxytryptamine,quiet group and caffeine group from 2 hours after fatigue to 2hours after fatigue(p>0.05).The exercise group showed a significant increase(p<0.01)immediately after fatigue 1 hour after fatigue,and then significantly decreased(p<0.01)2 hours after fatigue.The exercise group was significantly higher than the quiet group 1 hour after fatigue(p<0.05).Conclusions: 1)Short-term aerobic exercise can effectively improve the attention level 2 hours after mental fatigue.2)Short-term aerobic exercise showed an increase in serum serotonin levels 1 hour after fatigue.Whether this phenomenon is related to the inhibition-promoting function,thereby promoting brain activation,and restoring attention function needs further verification.3)2 hours after mental fatigue,caffeineintervention inhibited cognitive function.
