Through the frequently employed research methods such as document,survey and interview,The Dynamics of physical study was researched in elementary and middle school.This dissertation starts from the definition of dynamics of physical study.The characteristics types functions of dynamics of physical study are closely investigated accordingly.Then the Analysis of it's origins was made.After finding the reasons preventing from physical study dynamics up to now,some effective strategies are provided to solve students lacking study dynamics in physical education.Physical study dynamics are all kinds of forces promoting student attending different physical activities,which constitute of philosophy of life the world views and the value of physical education;Motivation interests and non-intelligence factors;they are all study dynamics inside.Outside dynamics are made up of physical teaching system school system family system social system.Physical study dynamics have its unique characters.Such as internalize and transform;orientation and permanence;congregate and diversity;levels and dynamical.The types of physical study dynamics was dividing into seven primary types:firm and infirm dynamics;obvious and non-obvious dynamics;spiritual and material dynamics;cognitive and affective dynamics;macro and micro-dynamics;main sub and assist dynamics.Physical study dynamics have five basic functions:startup;maintain regulate and intensity;orientation;activation;joviality.Physical study dynamics origin form humans physical and psychological potential non-intellectuality factor life of philosophy world views physical education values;subject exchanges with object in physical learning;the relationship between teacher and student;exchange among factors of physical teaching;social factors school factors family and community factors.Today many factors restrict students from participating physical activities.From socially environmental perspective,utilitarianism instrumentalism Chinese traditionalism and examination are primary reasons;from school perspectives,there are many problems preventing students attending physical education.For example,laggard knowledge concepts;un-abundance equipments and facilities;lacking physical activities after school and in-organization;heavy study burden;from family perspectives,improper educative concepts and unmerited educative styles should be considered ;from individuals perspectives,we must overcome belittling physical education;personal flaw in moral;weak physique;infirm will in physical education.Society school and family must be united into one force to impulse students'physical study.improper educative concepts should be transformed and heavy study burden on students must be lightened.Government and state should be investing a large sum of money in physical education.Physical education would pay more attention to outdoor activities.It is very important to Reform school sports-meeting attracting students participating physical movements,advocating small size class,school master and teachers in charge of classes with responsibility for developing physical education.Emphasize on fostering motives of physical education in class.We should n't be neglected peer influence on each other.Opening community physical filed and places and organizing club of physical exercise.Turing parent educative concepts,student should learn self- inspirited.
