The national education plan,and the nation's future development.In the context of the global economy,we have achieved rapid development of the national economy through continuous reform.Today,our society is rich in material,living standards have greatly improved,the country's international influence is also growing.At the same time we have made a series of achievements in reform,our education reform has entered the deep water area.Education reform is more difficult than economic reform,which is due to the reform of education in the final analysis is the transformation of social values.China is a large agricultural country with nearly more than 900 million farmers.For a long time,China's rural economic development is slow,education reform is relatively slow.The curriculum reform of basic education is in the first place after the education policy of curriculum reform has been promulgated.China has a low number of rural secondary schools,is the main place for rural children to learn and grow.The success of curriculum reform in rural middle school determines whether the reform of the whole society will be successful or not.After deeply studying the present situation of the rural middle school education and deepening the present situation of the curriculum reform,we have to admit that in the rural middle schools,the reform of the curriculum is still in the slogan level.This is due to the rural middle school social environment,education concept,the ability of teachers,leading to the profound reform of curriculum reform can not be carried out effectively.In view of this situation,the introduction of the theory of change management,combined with the current situation of rural middle school education,analysis of rural secondary schools to deepen the reform of the curriculum factors,in order to propose a more effective reform strategy.Based on the analysis of the current situation and problems of rural middle school education,this paper puts forward some measures to improve the effectiveness of rural middle school reform.Through the investigation of the middle school in Shuangfeng County,Hunan Province,through the questionnaire survey of the school teachers and students,to analyze the rural middle school curriculum reform to provide data support factors.Based on the results of the questionnaire,this paper expounds the reasons whythe rural middle school curriculum reform can not be effectively promoted from five aspects,such as environmental factors,teacher factors,student factors,school factors and relevance factors.Based on the analysis of the questionnaire survey,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to deepen the curriculum reform in rural areas.
