Education is not a natural thing, but one created by man and for man. In reality, the people with the purpose to accelerate and refresh it must make educational choice constantly according to social demand, needs of the students and educational actual situation under historical surrounding. Under the same historical surrounding, social background and educational condition, what education we will gain mainly depends on what educational choice we will make. Especially in the post-planned epoch, the educational selector with self-determined right and power must realize the importance of educational choice in promoting and pushing educational development.Educational choice is not a thing completely independent of education. The outspread of the educational choice also is the course of education forming. Educational choice is also not completely being equal to education. From the function of educational choice, it also is a power accelerating educational development. In other words, educational choice is both noumenon and facility of education. The purpose of educational choice is to actualize and accelerate education, which determines the nature of educational choice and makes it into the facility of education. In reality, the people who actualize educational choice must own the right and power in order to make educational choice. Otherwise, they are just obliged to carry out other's choice, unable to make their own choice. It means the educational choice to realize certain aim must be self determined. Essentially, educational choice is not simply picking out the necessary things from the actual educational resources, but constructing and creating new education. Only if educators construct and create the actual education, the educatees can select something from it. The future education mainly depends on what educational choice the educators make presently. It means, the actual education is not the foreordination, but is decided by the educators'constructing and creating. In other words, educational choice is based on the actual education, but not satisfied with the actual education. If we want to understand actual education, we must notice the possible education. Actual educational choice always occurs under the condition. The actual condition composed with epoch, society, technology, economy, politics and culture and so on is not only restricting the educational, but also sustaining it. Educational choice is always being made under the context and space. The educators with special purpose must analyze the condition, hold the opportunity, make appropriate arrangement, exert his potential ability and try his best to make use of the actual condition in order to promote the development of education sufficiently.In fact, through the comparison between the actual effect and the limited condition, we can judge the level of educational choice in a degree. But because the standard has the bug of illegibility and delay, we sometimes can't exactly tell the level of the educational choice. As the master of the educational choice, he can find out many kinds of pretext to shift off the responsibility that he should have take. So the level of the educational choice is not only be concerned with one's ability, but also with one's morality. If one person doesn't own the noble spirit of conscience, responsibility and so on, his level of educational choice can't be upgraded continuously.In the last part, we choose two actual cases from the educational development of Dongying area and give a vivid analysis about their actual course. Through the analysis we can understand deeply the value of educational choice and know how to carry out the educational choice in the complicated surrounding.
