With the popularization of China's higher education and the increasing quantity of graduates since 21st century,undergradutes' employment becomes more and more severe,which has influenced the social stability,implementation of the national strategies of "prosper the country by talent and education",the sustainable development of higher education,and has drawn great attention of the government. Undergradutes' employment and the job market are interrelated closely with each other.While the current job market is not favorable for undergradutes and there is a problem of structuring and frictional property.In connection with the current circumstance,this paper aims at providing some strategies like optimizing the balance of supply and demand,enhancing the development of being professional and the working channels,which is theoretically and practically significant for undergradutes' emloyment after graduation.The enchancement of the banlance of demand and supply is supposed to be achieved by the micro-control of the government,the instruction and guidence of the employment policy,the adjustment of curriculum setting in college,and the development of career planning education;The employment guidence and career planning can stimulate undergradutes' passion of learning,open up their potential abilities,improve their competitive strengh and employment rate,which optimizes the students' qualification of their future profession.As for the improvement of employment channel and cost,it aims at studying the choice of the job opportunities,the cost of the deal,the honesty of the two parties,to keep the information flowing and build the trust between supply and demand.There are 7 parts of this paper as follows.Part one is an introduction.It talks about the rescach background,purpose and significance of the thesis,summarizes the current situation of the relevant reseach home and abroad;and it also provides the reseach content,methodology and technical route.The second part is a literature review of the theories of optimizing the job market for undergradutes,including the theories of labor market,human resources, entrcpreneurship and self-efficiency.The third part is a discussion of the structure of supply and demand in the job market for graduates.It introduces some favorable policies of government to support the employment,anlyzies its deficiency,and proposes some improving suggestions.Especially,it has a deep discussion about the curriculum setting in colleges as well as its inflence on the employment,proposes improving suggestions on it.In addition,it tries to explore the scale of enrollment by means of vague reasoning,which provides a referenced solution for the curriculum setting and the scale of enrollment in college.Finally,it talks about the current situation and potential problems of starting an undertaking by graduates,which is highly advocated by the government,and proposes some relevant suggestions.The fourth part mainly talks about the development of undergradutes' qualification for their future career.It starts with the self-development of undergradutes'qualities,then it discusses the role of career guidence and the setting of relevant courses in college.Furthemore,it explores the pros and cons of the view of"get a job first and then choose the job" by means of Blin's vague reasoning.Part five is about the optimizing of the channels and cost of job market for graduates.First,it introduces the main channels of employment and analysies its merits and demerits,points out that the constrait condition of graduates' choice of jobs is the cost of employment,and it is the honesty system that decides the cost. Thus,it goes deep into honesty system from the angle of undergradutes and enterprises respectively.Then,it is proved that the informanization of emloyment management of colleges can guarantee the truth of students' honesty system while it also provides an evaluation model based on the vague reasoning of the honesty system of enterprises.Part six is an analysis of the cases of employment of undergradutes in Wuhan. It begins with an employment index system based on relevant theory and data base. Then,two reports are presented which are about the employment index of undergradutes in Wuhan and their employment quality and the gaping place. Finally,it summarizes the main characteristics of the situation of employment of undergradutes in Wuhan,and the features of the demand of graduates,raises some proposals for the employment of graduates in Wuhan.The last part is a summary of the paper and an outlook of the relevant research.
