At present,China's social and economic development has entered a new normal. The growth rate of economic growth has increased from high-speed growth to high-speed growth. The slowdown of economic growth reflects,to a certain extent, the shift from heavy to heavy quality in China's development philosophy.Faced with the continuous deepening of supply-side reform in the economic field, the development of higher education in China cannot already follow the previous large-scale expansion. After more than ten years of expansion, postgraduate education has transformed China's higher education from elite education to popular education. However, with the expansion of education scale, the employment of graduate students has become more and more difficult, and it has generated social, college and graduate students. No small effect. Therefore, the graduate employment issue has gradually become the focus and hot spot of the whole society. As a member of the postgraduate group, the author has some experience in this situation.Through the review of literature data, the collection of relevant documents, and investigations, the author further concludes that it is difficult for graduates in colleges and universities to find jobs that are difficult to match.Specific performance in five aspects. This paper analyzes the current situation of the supply and demand of postgraduates in the job market in China, refines and categorizes the problem of matching the supply and demand of graduate students, and then finds the reasons for the supply and demand of postgraduate students, and proposes practical and feasible solutions. The main content of this paper contains seven parts:The first part is the introduction, mainly expounding the background and reasons of the topic of this article, introducing the relevant research status of the aspects of higher education personnel training, employment issues, supply and demand contradiction, etc.,at home and abroad.Further clarify the purpose and significance of this study, that is to improve the match between the supply of master graduate students and market demand in universities. The entire study, using literature research methods, questionnaire survey methods, and interview methods, followed the description of the status quo-find problems-analyze the reasons-to propose solutions to the ideas. At the same time, the relevant concepts are defined, and their ideas are expressed on the basis of summarizing the opinions of the predecessors. In the second part, the author starts from multiple theoretical perspectives, analyzes and explains the relationship between the supply of master graduate students and market demand, based on the four theories of screening hypothesis theory, expectation theory,supply-demand balance principle, and market demand-oriented principle, extending and applying the theoretical analysis master Analysis of the problem of matching graduate students with market demand. Then the theoretical analysis of the two to determine the connotation, the specific performance of the match and the need for the two matches. The third part is the longitudinal analysis of the status quo of the postgraduates' supply and market demand in recent years. The total supply of postgraduates continues to increase, while the growth of the market demand for them is not relatively strong.Through analyzing and explaining the dynamic changes and adjustments in the professional settings and the types of enrollment of colleges and universities in recent years, the demand for master graduate students is the dynamic change of their constituent structures, and it is found that there are some mismatches in their development. The fourth part analyzes the status quo by combining the results of questionnaires and interviews with the current situation analysis, and analyzes the matching of supply and market demand for master graduate students from five aspects, namely, quantity matching, quality matching, structure matching, area matching, and expectation matching.Further refine the problem. The fifth part is the author's method of analyzing the main reasons.Based on the related subjects involved in the problem,it conducts a comprehensive and detailed analysis and discussion. The mismatch between the supply of master graduate students and market demand is constrained by relevant government policies, teaching management in colleges and universities, the current slowdown in the growth of the market economy, the lack of demand from employers, the professionalism of graduate students and their employment concepts, etc.s reason. The sixth part is about the suggestions and countermeasures for the matching of masters' supply and demand, sticking to problem-orientation,and following the main lines of “finding future needs, satisfying individual needs, participating in collaboration, service requirements, and improving quality”.It also starts with relevant subjects of the matching of master's supply and market demand, and proposes targeted recommendations and countermeasures. It is mainly emphasized that colleges and universities should be guided by market demand to cultivate the talents required by society.Graduate students should also strengthen their professional qualities, change their concepts of employment, and adapt to the needs of the social market economy. The conclusion part summarizes the research issues, with special emphasis on the important influence of the government and the university on the matching of supply and demand for graduate students. As policy makers and implementers,it is necessary to keep pace with the social economy, improve the supply structure in a timely manner, and improve the quality of supply so as to meet market demand and maximize supply and demand balance. Finally,we reflect on the deficiencies of this study, and put forward the need for improvement in the future and the direction of efforts.
