Learning is a fundamental activity of human being.Learning in teaching-learning circumstance(TLCL) is a special way of learning created by human being.Why does human being need this way of learning? What is its essence? Is it with any special value? What kinds of factors influence it? Who are involved in it and what role do they play? Through what media,by what means and under what context do they learn? This dissertation explores and researches these basic problems from perspective of teaching theory and come up with a learning theory on the basis and with the core of "learning is noumenal existence and growth of human being" and "TLCL is a kind of special growth of student".Main contents and basic opinions as follows:Explain the necessity and urgency to research learning from the perspective of teaching-learning theory from four aspects:researches from other perspectives unavoidably have their restrictions in demonstrating TLCL,research of teaching theory doesn't have a good absorption to learning theories of ancient China;and concealed the research of "learning",asking from contemporary learning society and teaching reform.This dissertation helps to broaden and deepen research of teaching theory,to enrich research of learning theory and to provide instructor-targeted reference for teaching reform,teaching management and teacher theoretical reflection and practical exploration.Analyz experiential understanding to learning,etymology and occurrence of learning,this dissertation presents the complexity of learning and points out that learning as a noumenal existence of human being is a process in which human being makes use of their own strength in their interaction with the world to understand the world and its meaning and obtain gradual growth.In other words,it is a kind of activity that human being understands the world in their interaction with the world and develops themselves on the base of their own existence.The essence of learning is human being's growth.TLCL means students obtain comprehensive growth mainly by understanding the knowledge of the subjects under teachers'guidance.It has the following basic characteristics: learning content rich in culture,learning with guidance,growth in spiritual aspect,learning with understanding,learning through interaction,artical or chosen specific circumstance,higher efficient learning,existent in society etc.The noumenal value of TLCL lies in its motivation for better human being' growth."Learn for growing to be a person" should be the key value pursuit to learning in this times.TLCL proceed in a complicated system interweaved by the nature,society,knowledge,individual environment and factors that form the above-mentioned environment.Refer to the etymology and occurrence of student,this dissertation points out that the original concept of student is closely related to the existence and growth of life,that students in TLCL are those who grow by means of learning culture and knowledge in school under teachers'guidance.They have all the characteristics of human being;their life's uncompletedness and potential to develop,activeness and passivity, unity and individuality,historical and realistic nature needs our special attention.In TLCL,students need teachers'guidance and help as well as an agreeable environment appropriate for liberating their potential.Learning by teaching is an unavoidable requirement for efficient TLCL.Consult the production and development of the concept of teachers, the dissertation points out teachers shoulder the responsibility to help students grow.Teachers exist for the need of helping students to grow better and more rapidly with the help of knowledge cultivates in TLCL. The life of teachers has three characteristics:social,smbiotic and individual.Correspondingly,value of teachers has also three layers:social value,individual value and personal value.Therefore,we can understand teachers from the perspective of vocation,social relation and life itself. The preexistence of a teacher's identity,the choice of being a teacher,the symbiotic nature of a teacher's role and the gradual formation of a teacher's connotation finally form a real teacher who realize his life value through this process.It is just the social need,the teacher's own choice, the students'need and the teacher's own efforts that decide the existence of a teacher.No other roles can replay the role of teacher.A teacher is a teacher themselves.To teach for learning is a teacher's unavoidable responsibility in the process of learning.Date back the history of teacher-student relationship,reveals their relation is not static,instead,it varies in different times.Every kind of teacher-student relation forms in a specific social cultural background;at the same time they become a part of human being's history and influence teachers' and students' mind and behaviors in reality.Contemporary educators should target at human's development with the basic principle of upgrading human's life quality,take into consideration the characteristics of the times and persons in it,surpass the restriction of the times and make efforts to establish and create a teacher-student relation helpful for human's development,liberty and freedom.The cognition history of teacher-student relationship shows that the cognition has developed more comprehensively and more deeply.This dissertation considers interaction between the principle parts is the essence of teacher-student relationship, spiritual communication is the core and dialogue is the organism to realize teacher-student relationship.Teacher-student relationship should be creative rather than static,which can make ideal teacher-student relation-dialogue of life become reality.Point out TLCL mainly concludes three forms of knowledge: knowledge of curriculum,individual knowledge and mobile knowledge. TLCL is a process of merging knowledge,which changes teachers' and students' knowledge structure and individual spirit.Knowledge is the unity of purpose and measure in TLCL.The highest value persuit of TLCL is turning knowledge into wisdom and personality.Students' growth depends on mutual and interacting influence between TLCL and knowledge.Students should change their way from adoring to understanding and generating knowledge;teachers should understand and criticize,release and communicate to knowledge.The interaction among teachers,knowledge and students is a deep life interaction through which they show their unique function and promote development and growth of life.Discuss the relation of TLCL and society as whole.This dissertation considers TLCL has social nature.It is a conduct of special stage of society;it is a kind of society activities,all its occurrence,existence, subject and medium have social nature.Everything existing in society could integrate into and restricts or influences it.So it does to things of society.The society also has learning nature.The existence and development of society is based on learning as well as provide base and aim to learning,it is also an important cultural context and practice place to learning,and its future tendency is pergangend in learning.TLCL interacts with society synchronically and in succession with the precondition to show their individual characteristics.The active and proper communication and interaction between learning and society as well as nature motivates learners in teaching circumstance to get rid of the old,absorb the new and maintain vitality and vigor.
