Chinese modernity started from responding to the general crisis faced by modern Chinese society under the impact of Western civilization. Compared with the internal crisis of "change of dynasty" of traditional society, the overall crisis of the late Qing has emerged as social disorganization accompanied by political disorganization, and facing the open world system,it is impossible to return to the original geographical space in an enclosed self-evolution of traditional social order. The "loose sand" type of social integration crisis contributed to the unavoidable social reality in the process of modern society of China. Based on this point, the establishment of Danwei accompanied with "organized" concept has end the general crisis of modern Chinese society, and has shaped a new modern road in China's unique social basis of the order from the top down.Danwei institution has complex implications. From a sociological perspective, the most fundamental point is the organization of Danwei constituted a new social foundation of China's unique social order. From the new Chinese-led, "big history" of catching up with modern-style view, the organization of Danwei contributed the promotion of the modernization of the nation-state based on the order of society. Will of the state, government policies and decrees, social management, social mobilization, social integration and moral mold are all generated from the practice of Danwei institution which is the organization carrier of Chinese modernity and the elemental unit of promoting modernization under the historical restrict condition of lack of resources on total.From mid-scale and fundamental perspective, Danwei organization is the basic form of the combination and interaction among city members of the society. Danwei organization set boundaries and the basic norms of social interaction for the members of the community, and in a very long period of time, production and grassroots community organization in China are constituted by a high degree of society unity of the geographical landscape of living space. From a personal point of view, Danwei organization is the source of personal social status arid social status. From the interaction point of view, Danwei organizations institutionalized the contacts between members of the community relations, making social interaction behavior with a steady forecast. In addition, Danwei organization and space connected firmly and closely together and formed of the urban community. Danwei space is a none stranger society. In continuous contact and interaction, the spaces evolved as a "hologram" community. This case study has characteristics typical institution of Danwei, and Danwei institution features have particularly made a rich and comprehensive display as a social fundamental order, and even appeared a closed, self-contained city within a city's social order based on the landscape lead by Danwei.Danwei institution is the reality choice of modernity of new Chinese, it can create a remarkable miracles in a certain period of time through their high degree of social mobilization. But this efficient is not a long-lasting thing, for flat organization's internal shackles, the lack of force to change, and the expansion of non-production functions, are all making this institution lack of the potential of improving efficiency through self-renewal. Thus, getting out of the Danwei institution is the inevitable choice of reform. In the Age of Reform, the change of Danwei insitution is a complex historical process. At the beginning of reform and opening up, in order to restore order of urban social life, reconstruction Danwei institution is an inevitable choice. At this stage, although there are a number of reforms on the economic management system aspects and Internal incentive mechanism aspects, and Danwei organizations are enhanced in the autonomy of production, operation, management, etc. Since the pressure on urban labor employment of directly acted on the practice of organizational change, which lead to expansion of the Danwei organization, redundant staff, parallel organization structure converting into system organizational structure; Besides, the Danwei totalitarian characteristics not only has not digested, but more thoroughly carried out. Danwei organizations burdened with huge social costs, appeared in the case of total factor productivity to enhance the experience of large loss paradox.Into the mid-nineties, with the deepening of the market economy and increased openness, to complete the organization's transformation from Danwei organization to business organization has become a certainty. Package of reform practice like development of enterprise groups, three institution reform, departing supporting from the main part etc. has completed the changes of Danwei organization in the sense of economics and management. However, from the sociological perspective, in the Danwei social change process, the disintegration of social macro-link mode on "State-Danwei-individual" scale, with the spontaneous forces of top-down and bottom-up restructuring of market economy, makes the complexity of urban society enhance on and on, and the Danwei-led spatial structure changes profoundly, and social atomization alarming trend has appeared in a certain range. In this context, a new round of reconstruction of the social foundation constitutes the profound thesis of Danwei society change.It can be said, that reform is a inevitable adjustments in the progress of Chinese modernity, however, its complex meaning has a profoundly complex instruction, which is the profound end of the Danwei society proposition still worth to considerate and respond carefully. Characterization of national unity in the Danwei institution represented the basic form of enterprise units of the organization change of the new China's in first three years, and the change from Danwei organization to business organization has made the Danwei institution as the basis for the existence of the order become obsolete. During social transformation period, the basic point of social change in China is the state, market and society activities in the border areas of the establishment of standard shape and interaction. From the perspective of specific practice patterns, social construction of a concrete strategy is to produce a society, and thus the state, market, social, interaction harmony "New Publicity". However, return to experience of the context, the reform era of the unique form of social atoms form the basis of a new round of social order and complexity of the reconstruction of practice. The basic reason, also produced a series of complex social consequences. Such as case studies reveal the aging community and the coexistence of empty-nest families atomization, community and social relations executive of the coexistence of atoms of the complex social phenomenon.Shaping the order of social foundation is a fundamental question left by sociology of modern society. In the rise and development process of sociology, it continuous examine the crisis in the social atom theory of prosecution caused by social disorganization movement. It can be said that in a dramatic transforming society, social disorganization movement is almost inevitable, but in a different social space, there are real differences in morphology. There is no doubt that rebuilding the community based order is the Hobbesian basic issues of sociology, namely "How can social be possible" a core dimension. Different from the classical European sociology of the rise of individualism in modern society based on the context of the social order of consciousness, and the answer to the question of the theories, the Chinese-style modernity, has made it possible for enriching and deepening the sociological theories.The theoretical significance of this paper is to open in the view of the Danwei-level research. The study of Danwei on Medium-level can not only respond to changes in the social order based on the historical context of the macro-theoretical problems, but also not away from the experience of situations of social order based on changes in the complexity of the logic of practice. In particular, the specific Danwei from the organization to create, develop, change in thinking about the social basis order of the historical practice of theoretical propositions, and thus arrive at the deep institutional changes on the Danwei institution theoretical proposition.More importantly, this study demonstrates an important value of the sociological theory of social atomization thinking, and proposed the practice of pluralistic modernity, understood in context of specific temporal and spatial diversity of the theory of social atomization proposition, which issued the based on the experience of Chinese modernity, the Social Transformation Practice of invitation to Chinese theory of sociology on medium-level. In the real sense, the termination of Danwei society goes along with the potential social risks. The transformation of Chinese society with a unique social atomization trends has remodeled experience in context for social construction and new publicity. And social construction, or we can say the focus of the socialization of production, firstly reconstruct the order of social infrastructure. Based on this progress, good governance, harmonious publicity can be possible.
