Research On The Model Of Circular Forestry At Industry Level

Since the notion of circular economy was introduced to China in 1998, it has already become the state development strategy through long-term development of theories and practice. Circular economy is a comprehensive systems engineering, and it must both covers industry, agriculture, forestry etc. and production, circulation, consumption. Circular economy plays an irreplaceable role in promoting the sustainable development of society.So far, some scholars have already study on forestry circular economy from various ways such as forest industry angle, three industries of forest angle, regional forest angle and so on. But most scholars have not study forestry circular economy from forestry system and only focused on using circular economy theory of correlation to explaining the phenomenon of forest industry, or applying to forest industry chain. In recent years, scholars gradually trend to the whole industry and region of forestry theory research and these researches have some maneuverability as well. But few scholars pay close attention to basic and whole research of forestry circular economy theory. This paper made in-depth and careful studies on the model of circular forestry at industry level basing on absorbing the anterior research fruit of other scholars and rebuilt forestry industrial chain according to attribute of forestry. It made up for a lack of the anterior research fruit of other scholars and offered a new idea to research on the circular forestry.The paper solved both of these problems, the first is the absence of theories of forestry circular economy and the second is the construction of development model of circular forestry from the whole forestry industry. The second and third charts solved the first problem. The main task of the two charts was constructing theoretical framework based on the theory of circular economy and industrial ecosystem. First of all, the paper defined the connotation of model of circular forestry and depicted the characteristics of model of circular forestry meticulously. Secondly, the paper set up three principles which are reduction, circulation and safe treatment. Thirdly, the paper analyzed the component elements of model of circular forestry which are body element, bond element, support element. Chapter 4,5,6 and 7 solved the second problem. It is the emphases of my paper. The model of circular forestry was classified into four models logically from forestry industrial classification, including the self-circulation model of primary, secondary and tertiary forestry industries and the recycling utilization model of resources among forestry industries and other industries.The self-circulation model of primary forestry industry is divided into two circulation models of forest cultivation system and forest logging system. Circulation models of forest cultivation system based on the reduction of forest resource, including the water-saving model of forestry, the forestland-saving model, the fertilizer-saving model of forestry and the medicine-saving model of forestry. These models are in conformity to the principle of reduction, circulation and safe treatment. The models of forest logging system based on the forest resources recycling utilization and safe treatment for environment, including the safe treatment model of forest logging system and logging residue recycling utilization in industry of forest.The self-circulation model of secondary forestry industry is divided into resources inner enterprise recycling utilization and resources recycling utilization among forestry industrial enterprises. The construction of resources inner enterprise recycling utilization centered around the element of product and the model of resources inner enterprise recycling utilization based on product design, material preparation and manufacture. These parts of manufacture follow the principles of reduction, circulation and safe treatment. In this part, paper enterprise was analyzed as a typical enterprise. The model of resources recycling utilization among forestry industrial enterprises was constructed from chains to nets.The center of the self-circulation model of tertiary forestry industry is tourism and leisure service of scenic area, including tourist resources recycling utilization at the stage of development, resources repair and clean production at stage of management.The recycling utilization of resources among forestry industries is divided into two models. One is the recycling utilization of resource around the center of primary forestry industry. Another is the recycling utilization of resource around the center of secondary forestry industry.The paper inserted some cases to bring the paper more persuasion while constructing the model of circular forestry.
