Research On The Efficiency Evaluation And Subregion Optimization Of Forestry Circular Economy Model In Northeast State-owned Forestry

Northeast stated-owned forestry maintains the ecological balance of the northeast, at the same time provide the support of the forest resources for our country’s economic development. Northeast stated-owned forestry play a in important role in the forestry ecological and economic construction in our country. With the development of forestry industry, the demand of forest resources is increasing, the model of traditional forestry production makes the forestry resources consumption in great quantities. As a result of it, the contradiction between the forest resources protection and utilization is increasingly prominent. And forestry circular economy is a effective way of transformating the development model of forestry economic and realizing sustainable development of forestry economy.With implementation of circular economy in our country, northeast stated-owned forestry is also intensify the development of circular economy of forestry. But the northeast state-owned forestry is still in the primary stage of circular economy. The industrial chain of circular economy is not complete. The forestry industrial structure is relatively single. Use efficiency of forestry resources is low, and the growth model of forestry economic has not been a fundamental shift. Therefore, to promote the development of circular economy in northeast state-owned forestry, this paper study the region forestry circular economy operation efficiency, and optimize the model of forestry circular economy in northeast stated-owned forestry.Based on the domestic and abroad research on the forestry circular economy, this study summarize the basic concept and theory of this study. Based on the development situation of forestry circular economy in northeast state-owned forestry, this study analyse the model of forestry circular economy in this forestry. And form aspacts of strengths, weaknesses, this study analyse the development environment of the model of orestry circular economy in this area. According to the principles of building indexes and the "The instructions of building index system of circular economy" which was issued by state council, using DEA Version2.1software, this study evaluats the efficiency of forestry circular economy in this area. According to the comprehensive efficiency and input and output, this study find the problems in the operation of the circular economy from three aspects in northeast state-owned forestry. According to the result of efficiency evaluation of clustering analysis, the northeast state-owned forestry is divided into three regions, according to the basic situation of different regions, this study construct regional circular economy development model, and the model realization route; Finally this study constructed the supporting system of circular economy modell, to ensure the smooth operation of the circular economy model.
