Voice behavior has the vital significance to the survival and development of the organization.Firstly ,the suggestions are often the beginning of organizaitonal innovation process(LePine,Van Dyne,1998),secondly,employee voice behavior can make the continuous improvement to the work(Ashford,Rothbard and Dutton,1998),thirdly,the idea of employee may help the organization to correct the mistake (Zhou,George,2001).Indubitably,it is hardly for the management to solve all the problems in the organization(Morrison & Milliken,2000).What else can the organizaiton depend on? The employee is the only choice. Because they can improve the work through the suggestions (Van Dyne & LePine, 1998).However, it dose not mean that anyone who is in the organization can do voice behavior on his/her own.Voice behavior ,the personal contact between the employees,can improve the quality of doing work and organizaitonal situation(Dreu & Van Vianen,2001;Premeaux & Bedeian,2003).Reacher has suggetsed that there are so many factors can impact on it,for instans personal attitude,job satisfaction ,justice percieved (Rusbult,Farrell,Rogers&Mainous,1988;Withey & Cooper,1989;LePine & Van Dyne,1998)and some personal features(Janssen,de Vris & Cozijnsen,1998,LePine &Van Dyne,2001).However, they can not explain voice behavior totally.Form organization behavior perspective,the action of employee in the organization can not only be influnced by personal feature and perception,but also by the interpersonal relationship and psychologcial state.Workplace friendship means the interpersonal relationship builed in organizaiton by the employee( Krunger & Bernstein , 1995 ; Chun-Te Lin , 2010 ; Liang jinlong ,2005).Psycological capital is the personal positive psychological state during the development of individural (Luthans ,Youssef & Avolio ,2007;Luthans,2005,2007).The theory has agree that both workplace friendship and psychological capital can influnce the employee behavior.However, we can find no research connect them with vioce behavior.In order to reveal the factor that can influnce the employee voice behaviour, this paper explored the relationship between workplace friendship and employees voice behavior, and used psychology capital as a bridging link between the two based on the past research literature.Through exploratory research, this study confirmed the workplace friendship, psychological capital, voice behavior of the relationships that exist in the organization. At the same time, based on information provided by interviewees and theoretical literatures, the research suggests that the perceived organizational support can be as adjustment variables between workplace friendship and psychological capital ,also perceived superior support can play the adjustment role within psychology capital and vioce behaviour.Through the regression equation by means of 493 valid questionnaires for data analysis, the results show that: 1, the workplace friendship has the positively impact on voice behavior. 2, psychological capital plays an intermediate role between workplace friendship and vioce behavior.Workplace friendship has significant positive influence on both psychology capital and its four dimensions. Psychological capital and its dimensions have a significant positive influence on vioce behaviour. 3, the higher the employee's percieved organization support, the higher level workplace friendship can impact on psychological capital. 4, the higher employee's percieved superior support, the higher level employee's psychology capital can influnce the voice behavior.The following are the conclusions of this study : 1 workplace friendship not only have a direct, but also has an indirect effect on voice behavior through psychological capital; psychological capital can reveal the mechanism how the workplace friendship affects the voice behavior .Therefore, the theoretical model which is presented in the paper can be supported.2, perceived organization support is a moderator between workplace friendship and psychological capital. 3, perceived suporior support plays a moderate role between psychological capital and voice behavior.Theoretical significance of this study is reflected below : providing a new theoretical perspective to understand the relationship between workplace friendship and voice behavior;testing the fuction of workplace friendship in Chinese context;dicussing the mechanism that workplace friendship can impact on voice behaviro through psychology capital;revealing the condition that can influnec the relationship among workplace friendship,psychology capital and vioce behaviour.Practical significance of this study are reflected in following aspacts: understanding the interpersonal relationships within the organization from the positive perspctive; developing and training of psychological capital to play an positive intermediary role between workplace friendship and voice behavior; paying much attention to the fuction of organization and superior that can affect the employee.
