The relationship between employees and the organization is very important inmodern society, the development of the organization cannot simply rely on the wisdomof the organization’s management layer, What else can the organization depend on? Theemployee is the only choice. Because they can promote organizational change throughthe suggestions, However, it does not mean that anyone who is in the organization cando voice behavior on his/her own.Form organization behavior perspective, the action of employee in the organizationcan not only be influenced by personal feature and perception, but also by theinterpersonal relationship and psychological state. Workplace friendship means theinterpersonal relationship build in organization by the employee. From the theoreticalpoint of view, the voice behavior also need to communicate, so workplace friendshipmay be influence voice behavior. This study base on the previous researches andCombined with the relational concept, research the relationship between workplacefriendship, voice behavior and work output, proposed the mechanism model amongthree variables. On the basis of date from410valid questionnaires of differententerprises in Chongqing, Guangdong, Hunan, explored the way of workplacefriendship effects on work output. The study took workplace friendship as independentvariables, summarized and defined on the basis of its concept, proved the mechanismamong workplace friendship, voice behavior and work output. At last, the study collectthe data from enterprises to validate the assumptions.The Study showed that Work friendship not only directly affects work output, butalso through voice behavior indirectly has a positive effect on the work output. voicebehavior plays a part of the intermediary role; Work friendship have a significantpositive impact on voice behavior, and work output of various dimensions;some of thecharacteristic variables of the employees have a significant impact on these variables.
