Study On Enterprise Management Value Ecology

Since 2000, the"green"management has been well known and widely accepted. However, the management value, a micro aspect of an enterprise, is seldom discussed from the perspectives of"ecological worldview"and"ecological values". Besides, the current discuss of the enterprise management value focuses mainly on the interests of enterprises, putting aside their connections with others and causing problems both in the theory and the practice. Thus, it is high time we conducted researches on the system of management value ecology.The present dissertation will analyze the plight of management value in practice from the requirements of the"ecological era"and conduct the research by combining the methods of the methodology of the ecology, the problem solving, the system theory, the investigation and analysis and the synthetic innovation. It will follow the pattern of"the problem confirmation– the literature review– a theoretical breakthrough– conclusions and suggestions",giving completion to the research of management value, from the unique view of"value ecology".This dissertation is divided into six chapters. Chapter one introduces the research background, the literature review and the basic research guidelines. On the basis of affirming the research problems, it provides a systematic frame of the research thinking and the main content. It also exhibits the main research methods, which are chosen for the metaphysical characteristics of the research content. Chapter two elaborates on the ecological view of the enterprises management value ecology, from the basic concept of"value"and"management"to the definition, feature, and conditions of the management value ecology. Chapter three analyses the necessity of the value ecology and proves the feasibility for an enterprise to follow natural values, providing ways to solve problems of resources and environment. Chapter four focuses on the contradiction between the interests and ethics of enterprises. And chapter five deals with the"enterprise– employees"value ecosystem, the trend of the"human-oriented"value, and the value analysis of employees'dignity, and finally put forward the idea that the decision of an enterprise must be united the employees'realization of their values. The last chapter serves as the conclusion, pointing out the further research direction of value ecology of enterprise management.From the above research, the dissertation comes to the essence of the theory of enterprise management value ecology: under the background of the 21st century, based on ecological values, ecological methodology and the ecological worldview, the management value of enterprises is considered in the big setting of nature, society and human-beings, assuring a scientific, reasonable and humanitarian management, in the meantime realizing the union of"the true, the good and the beautiful"with the enterprises management. The basis of the view of the enterprise management value ecology is the building of"enterprise-nature"value ecology. Under the drive of human beings and enterprises, the relation between the economy and the ecology has changed from opposition to unification, which will promote the revolution of enterprises'value demands and the"benefit-enlarging"thinking way of the environment and resources. The essence of the enterprise management value is to build the"enterprise-society"value ecology. Enterprises are the unity of natural and social characteristics. It is necessary to find a way to integrate interests and ethics, solving the contradiction between economy and ethical values; alter the"profit maximization"with"profit optimization",consuming the responsibility of social civilians. With the ecology and synergetic backing the heterogeneous coexistence, the green ocean strategy, combining with the red and blue ocean strategy, is the ecological way to facilitate competition and cooperation. The feature of view of the enterprise management value ecology is"enterprise-employees"value ecology. The humanitarian management, instead of the traditional method considering"employees as an instrument",let people being their real look and protects their esteem and dignity, focusing on employees' psychology.
