Study On The Systematic Harmonious Status Between Forestry Industry And Ecology Or Economy And Society Of Heilongjiang

The development of forestry industry is closely related with the ecological rehabilitation, economic and social progress. From the macro perspective, forestry is a kind of career which provides forest products, ecological benefits and environmental protection for the whole society, and it’s a relatively complete industrial group that integrates economy, ecology with social service roles. Although the common have realized the roles of forestry industry which consist of ecological protection and environmental service, forestry products production and the promotion to income raison and social employment to some degree, on the whole the former literatures on interaction mechanism and harmonious status of forestry industry and ecosystem, economic and social system are rarely seen. Therefore, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the harmonious status which is the combination of mutual dependence with mutual restriction between forestry industry and ecological system or economic and social system.This paper takes forestry industry as the main research aspect, and defines or summarizes concepts or relations of forestry industry, industry and ecology and forestry industry and ecology, economy and society (FIEES) system on the basis of industry theory, ecological theory and system theory. And the relationship between FIEES subsystems and elements of the system, function and goal are systematically analyzed respectively. According to their functions, the FIEES system is divided into three subsystems which consists of the subject system of forestry industry, ecological system, economic and social system.Based on the harmonious theory, this paper defines and analyzes such concepts as harmonious degree, harmonious status, systematic harmonious status, and the corresponding relationship between the degree of harmony and harmony is divided. Combing with the principle of harmony theory and system theory and in accordance with the basic principles of index selection, the establishment of the FIEES system harmony evaluation index system, then the FIEES systematic harmonious status evaluation model is constructed on the basis of projection pursuit theory.By using Matlab12 and Eviews6 software and the integration real coded accelerating genetic algorithm (RAGA) projection pursuit model with VAR model, this paper conducts an empirical research on the systematic harmonious status of forestry industry ecosystem in Heilongjiang province between 2001 and 2014, then the harmony evaluation results are obtained. According to the grey system theory, this research takes advantage of the GM(1,1) grey system prediction model to forecast the overall harmonious degree of forestry industry and ecological system or economic and social system in Heilongjiang between 2015 and 2020. On the basis of the evaluation and prediction of the harmonious degree of FIEES system, the principles and countermeasures of promoting the harmonious development of FIEES system of Heilongjiang province are put forward.The research results show from the microscopic harmony perspective the harmonious degree of forestry industry subject system in Heilongjiang between 2001 and 2014 presents rising trend, harmonious towards better and better development trend and harmonious status in moderate harmony or above are 9 years, which accounts for 64.29% throughout the study period. From the medium harmony perspective, during the study period the harmonious degree between forestry industry subject system and ecological system or economic and social system are basically the same which present a fluctuation amplitude in the year of 2006,2009 and 2012, and throughout the study period there are thirteen years, twelve years in the moderate harmonious or above status which accounting for 92.86% and 85.71% respectively. From the macroscopic harmony perspective, the overall harmonious status between forestry industry and ecological system or economic and social system shows small fluctuations, the value of harmonious degree discovers a small amplitude decline in 2006 and 2009. The study period is thoroughly in moderate harmonious or above status.
