The causes of influence of social environment are: the influence of the trend of the transform time; no enough restrict strength in external; the public opinion to social responsibility of private enterprises should be improve; the construction of system and mechanism through that private enterprises fulfil their social responsibility are backward.Along with the asking of harmonious society, improve the construction of social responsibility of private enterprises should set about in several respects following: firstly, in the respect of private enterprises, they will set up overall and correct understanding of social responsibility, and positive build the enterprise culture that encourage fulfiling the corporate social responsibility; they will bring the corporate social responsibility into private enterprises'develop strategy and operation, improve the initiative of private enterprises; they will construct the internal surroundings through that private enterprises could fulfil the corporate social responsibility on them own initiative; strengthen self-regulation and external cooperate to private enterprises fulfil social responsibility.
