ABSTRACT:Why the town like Guzhen that has no regional and resource advantages and Industrial base can stand out into the decorative lighting Town of china in the fierce competition? Overview the classic research achievements of the domestic and international industry cluster, which is explained by scholars from different point of views with the hypothesis is that industrial cluster has been formed. So, how the industry clusters formed? We still cannot find the Industrial cluster theory that can consistent with China's national conditions of general significance until now. For example, Guzhen has tried to explore the formation of industry cluster process and its growth.Based on Young Theorem, this paper constructs an analysis framework of industrial cluster from the division of labor and the market perspectives. According to the classic discussion research about division of labor, Smith and Young considered that we should extend the transportation cost and the concept of market scope to the category of transaction cost, mesh the classical division theory and transaction cost theory and analysis in-depthly the general mechanism of the evolution of labor division and the falling of transaction cost. By innovating the industry professional information and distribution channels, developing the logistics of decorative lamp and building the public service platform, the market of guzhen decorative lighting industry can be expanded.The analysis shows that Guzhen's decorative lighting cluster is originated in industrial choice, and that the division of labor is deepened continually, the industrial chain is expanded and refined continuously and the industry system grows unceasingly. However, behind the phenomena of specialization division, the positive feedback of division of labor and market scope of Guzhen is the most fundamental reason of industrial cluster development.
