| The system of production material flow is considered as "the second type of production" and will be regarded more and more highly. The production level of logistics management is directly related to the level of product cost which is high or low, affecting the economic efficiency of enterprises. Currently, enterprises' production level of logistics management has become an important competitive factor. Either the traditional system of mass customization or the Toyota's JIT (Just in Time) production system needs a logistics system with strong function as a support system to improve the production operation efficiency.Now, most of the researches in optimization of production logistics distribution are focus on workshop layout and process flow. However, the researches considering the corresponding relation between workshops'material request characterstics and storage mode as well as distribution mode have drawn little attention. This research is for the commom problems of the production logistics management, select the optimization of storage and the distribution path as the breakthrough point, put forward a thinking of workstation-oriented production logistics and distribution optimization on the basis of rationalization of production logistics to optimize the manufacturing production logistics and distribution.The organization of the thesis is as follows:The first chapter introduced the status of the production logistics management, the research background and the research significance of this project. Then, summarized the research status of warehousing management and production logistics distribution, and pointed out the problems of these current researches. At the end of this chapter, the research ideas, research content and the research methonds are described.In Chapter 2, the production system of manufacture enterprise is analyzed. A domestic automobile manufacture factory which is operated in JIT product mode is selected as a tipical manufacture enterprise. Then, found the common problems of the production logistics system by analyzing the production logistics process. Further analysis for the rationalization of the production logistics has done to find the standards and principles of a rational production logistics system in aspects of production, storage, distribution, handling and others. The signs and the path of a rational production logistics system indicated the target of imoroving the production thinking, that is means that all the production logistics operation activities such as material storage and production logistics distribution must meet the workstations' material needs, and serve great initiative for workstations.(2) Designed a workstation-oriented storage strategy. The core idea of this strategy could be described as follows:workstations of the vehicle assembly workshop are grouped by continuity and comparability of the work procedures. All materials that a workstation group need are stored in a "material supermarket". A "material supermarket" provides distribution service with one or more workstation groups. A mathematics model with the object function of minimizing the total distribution time between "material supermarkets" and workstation groups is built to optimize the corresponding relation between them.(3) Three distribution methonds and their distribution process are designed in detail based on the workstation-oriented production logistics distribution thinking, which are direct didtribution, storeage area distribution and replenishment distribution. Two mathematical modles are built to optimize the workstation-oriented storeage area distribution and the workstation-oriented direct didtribution. |
