Study On The Motives And Consequences Of The Establishment Of Academician Workstation

With the gradual rise of academician workstation,a new form of industry-university-research cooperation comes out,more and more enterprises choose this model to carry out industry-university-research cooperation,in order to promote enterprise innovation and development,transformation and upgrading.In recent years,under the guidance and promotion of Chinese Science and Science Association,China's academician workstation has begun a new situation of construction and development.This paper selects Tianneng Group as a case study.Starting from the background of enterprise transformation in new energy industry,this paper introduces the establishment background and station strategy of Enterprise Academician Workstation,summarizes its construction station process.Then,from the strategic and economic aspects of the station motivation analysis.Finally,from three aspects of R&D Innovation performance,market performance and financial performance,this paper analyzes the consequences of the establishment of academician workstation.This paper studies the following conclusions:Enterprise Academician Workstation can provide power for enterprise R&D innovation activities;in the performance of market performance,can also bring good reputation and positive effect for enterprises;academician workstation has brought positive financial effect to enterprises,reduced costs,saved taxes and fees,expanded profit margins,and enhanced product competitiveness.This paper has certain theoretical and practical significance for the construction of academician workstation in the period of transformation and upgrading and requiring technological innovation.
