Advanced logistics productivity and sufficient logistics capabilitiesare the most important foundation to achieve the comprehensivelyeconomical upgrade of our country.Since the 21th century, to satisfy this new trend so as to improveeconomic efficiency and enhance competitiveness, most of the developedcountries' enterprises turn their focus from reducing the consumption ofmaterial resources (which is called"the Primary Profit Source") andimproving labor productivity (which is called"the Second Profit Source")to non-production field.The non-production field consists of purchase, transportation,warehousing, packing, loading and unloading, distribution processing,distribution , after-sales service and so on materials circulation, and theirassociated information activities, namely"the Tertiary Profit Source".Modern MF science and technology is advanced productivity. How tomake the logistics operation of enterprise advanced and reasonable hasbecome an important sign of measuring its progress in technology andmanagement.In recent years, domestic steel industries have a strong and sustainedrapid growth. The iron and steel output has increased from 100 milliontons in 1996 to 500 million tons in 2007. Compared with craft brothers indeveloped countries, there still exists a large gap in technology, laborproductivity, production costs, energy consumption per ton and so on.Moreover, persistently rising price of raw fuel further increases thecost pressure of iron and steel enterprises. With the gradually intensivecompetition in iron and steel market, reducing logistics cost to seekbenefits from"the Tertiary Profit Source"is the main way to improve the competitiveness of enterprises.Logistics is the emerging industry. How to adopt logisticsmanagement mode is still at exploring stage in our country. There doesn'texist a logistics system to adapt in everywhere. According to the businessstrategy and different from competitor's products and services, thelogistics enterprises are able to construct their own unique model.In this thesis, the distribution logistics of iron and steel enterprisehas been investigated, Anshan Iron and Steel Corporation as the mainresearch object. By analyzing the current market environment and futuredevelopment trends, several key links from management objectives,operation and cost constitution have been deeply investigated anddiscussed, which are combined with the logistics characteristics andoperation mode. Contrast with foreign advanced level and mode, thequestions of distribution logistics can be found and the correspondingmanagement strategy and solution to these problems can be pointed out.Meanwhile, the related research has great significance.The papers in the Anshan Iron and sales logistics optimizationproblems, the main structure is divided into five parts:First of all, from a macro perspective, the iron and steel sales tooptimize the choice of logistics background and the expected goals andmajor research issues;Secondly, as regards the micro-analysis of iron and steel enterprisessupply chain, logistics characteristics, as well as sales of iron and steelenterprises and the characteristics of the composition of the logistics;Thirdly, the logistics system of Anshan Iron and sales model toanalyze the combination of Iron and Steel Logistics strategy, theformulation of an overall optimization of the principles and objectives, the optimization of scientific and rational thinking and strategy;Fourthly, the logistics of the Anshan Iron and sales of hardwareconstruction and optimization to optimize the implementation of theprogram, mainly the sale of Iron and Steel logistics transport systemdesign, material stream processing flow distribution center managementand marketing logistics network of more in-depth research, to solve theoptimization problems exist;Finally, the logistics of Anshan Iron and Steel Company sales andmanagement software application are optimized . The focus ofmanagement strategy for the Iron and Steel is to optimize the researchand others on the Iron and Steel business suite ERP and technology in thesales logistics are elaborated.To fully reflect the overall effectiveness of the logistics optimization,whether hardware or software management is based on the overallsupply chain. Associated with the ERP system of all departments is toachieve the optimization target of high-performance, science and lowcost.Logistics optimization is the necessary process and mean, to realizeits management objective and reflect its efficiency and benefit. In thispaper, distribution logistics transport, management of steel processingdistribution center, order processing, ERP system and sales logisticsnetwork planning have been analyzed and expatiated in detail.Reasonable compatible application of mathematical model andmanagement software is used in the order management to have theefficient and objective estimation, reducing individual subjectiveevaluation factors. So the enterprise can earn the largest profit andprovide customer the highest standard service under the resource constraint. Meanwhile, costs, profits, market impact, customer servicelevels and other factors have been comprehensively considered in theestablishment of evaluation index system of sales order. The research onsteel distribution center mainly focuses on model category, crafts aspectand management structure as well as on site planning. The effect ofestablishment of reasonable distribution centers on steel distributionlogistics is also systematically analyzed. Aim at transportation and ordermanagement, the current major constraints and managementshortcomings are analyzed, and also the corresponding managementstrategies and solutions are pointed out.Logistics is now the last frontier for increasing benefits in industrialproduction. Information is a key to the success of logistics. Firstly,logistics means shift emphasis to management, information and so onsoftware elements, which originally emphasized on machinery, tools,facilities and other hardware elements. In addition to using mathematicalmethods as basis, we can further optimize logistics from managementmethod, strategic decision and so on several aspects.Only relying on modern information technology, Anshan Iron andSteel Corporation can fundamentally realize digital management,operation digitalization and production digitalization and achieve theefficient and accurate operation of material flow, capital flow andinformation flow. Under these conditions, enterprises are able tomaximize the ultimate benefit of funds and profits. The enterprise canultimately realize the optimal matching of logistics,capital flow andinformation flow, achieving high-quality,low consumption, highefficiency and high profit. Moreover, the enterprise can enhance marketcompetitiveness and lay a solid foundation for long-time development. On the research basis of system optimization of current logisticsadministration, the purpose of this paper is to establish the logisticssystem to meet the actual needs of Anshan Iron and Steel Corporation andadapt the industry characteristics. Logistics, from the subordinate status,has rise to an important component of enterprise management andbecome"the new strategy"to pursue the profit growth andcompetitiveness improvement.
