Along with globalization competition and knowledge-based economy era oncoming, the management environment rapid change which the enterprises face and those competitions between the enterprises turn worse day by day. Therefore, to enhance the competitive power of all enterprises has already become one of the important topics responding to changeable and indefinite external environment. In the many essential factors of determining enterprise achievements, the higher managerial level is often the key to decide whether enterprises are successful or not. But the behavior of high managerial level is used to be decided by their mental model. Consequently, how to make the research on higher managerial level behavior from the mental model angle and how it exerts strong influences on enterprise achievements which have become currently one of the main directions in academic research.This thesis based the mental model theory for higher managerial level in current development situation to organize related research literatures on their mental model and how the enterprise achievements are, which carried on the summary and judgment on top supervisors' mental model constitution system from the static view, and proposed proper research way to the mental model constitution system and its composing based on the dynamic view. In this foundation, it also point out how the strategic achievements mechanism which is accorded by mental model of top supervisors, and proposed the corresponding supposition to constitute the whole assumption system by the relations between higher managerial level mental model and strategic achievements.On this basis, this thesis takes the Taiwan electron industry as a research sample to verify the relation between higher managerial level mental model and enterprise performances by utilizing the SPSS statistics software, the structure equation model, the descriptive statistical analysis, the structure equation model analysis, the project analysis, the validity analysis, the reliability analysis, the factor analysis, the correlation analysis, the regression analysis, and independent sample T-test. The study result showed that the assumptions obtain confirmations in many aspects, thus the research model which proposed to this thesis has carried on the confirmations as well. Besides, it has also contained the further analysis to the confirmed supposition and given the explanations to the un-confirmed supposition. Those results have combined the Taiwan electron profession enterprises development and fulfillment which the reasons that it has not acquired a support to reflect the result path on enterprises achievements which is influenced by higher managerial level.In addition, this text has also pointed out that the limitation was existing in research, but it has indicated the direction on future research for relations of the higher managerial level mental model and enterprises achievements.
