Based On Dea And Ahp Model Evaluation Of The Level Of University Management Information And Applied Research

Being the core informational technology, Computer technology and communication technology have made a great impact on our working studying and daily lives. It's an inevitable trend to be informatization. As the main part of informatization, the higher educational informatization also have a significant influence on promoting the overall reform and development of education and the development standard of social and economic informatization. Recently, our government has treated the informatization of the educational management as an important part of the construction and development of the higher education. The higher educational informatization means that" we use advanced computer technology, network technology, multimedia technology to make campus networklization, Scientific management, information resources digitalization in teaching, researching, managing and Servicing activities, to achieve the modernization of teaching and research ".It has brought the attention from the researchers cross the world and become a hot topic.This paper starts from the development of information technology, and analysis of domestic and foreign universities situation and the latest research advances, and focus on how to conduct an evaluation of higher education informatization. First of all, collect in many ways of many experts and scholars'idea and opinion in the index building for evaluating of higher education informatization. Then the DEA and the AHP level of information which combines the evaluation method as a guide, so that only a combination of DEA input and output indicators and the evaluation of the absolute advantage of AHP systematic, comprehensive benefits, and avoid the AHP method subjectivity and DEA in the Matrix can not be all sort of shortcomings, so that the two main evaluation methods were complementary. Using DEA, AHP model to establish the index system can be more objective and comprehensive manner to the university to evaluate the level of information to help universities to measure results of the work of information and status for the college to provide information relevant guidance to guide the university direction of development of information work, in particular the implementation process to provide practical help for reference.
