Study On Application Of Insurance Funds In The Expressway

The investment channels are relatively limited and the operation of capital structure is less than rationale had become the key constraints of the sustainable development of domestic insurance industry. The thesis starts with expounding the aspects of broadening the channels for insurance funds application, optimize the operation of insurance funds'capital structure through combining the following:qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, macro-analysis and micro-analysis and comparative analysis, demonstrates the application of the insurance funds from both theoretical and practical levels. The thesis had drew the experience of developed countries, and had took the development trend of domestic expressways into consideration, demonstrated and proposed the general vision of applying the insurance funds on the expressways. The thesis had systematically investigated the key problems of investing the insurance funds in the expressways, and had innovatively proposed the model of investing in the expressways of the insurance funds being supported by the expressway industry investment funds. The thesis had explored innovatively from the following aspects:1. On the basis of comprehensively analyzing the contemporary operating theorems of the insurance funds and the application of funds of domestic insurance industry, the thesis had aimed at the problems existing in the structure of domestic insurance fund operation, and had combined the investment natures of the transportation infrastructures represented by expressways. In order to promote the scientific development of the domestic insurance industry and the expressway industry from a strategic point of view, the thesis had systematically illustrated that the availability and necessity of investing the insurance funds in expressways through political, profits and other aspects.2. On the basis of systematically analyzing the profits of expressways investment and the investment policy of insurance funds, the thesis had demonstrated the measures of actualizing the model of insurance funds investment in the expressways, including the investment plan of both creditor's right and equity types of investment and three types of investment models including trust investment plan, industry investment funds, insurance investment management corporation. The thesis had also pointed out that the expressway industry investment fund is the optimal choice for the insurance funds investing in the expressways.3. Take the domestic circumstance into consideration, the thesis proposed that the application of insurance funds through expressway industry investment funds to invest in the expressways, mainly includes the methods of establishment, operation, organization structure, investment mechanism and exit mechanism, and aimed at the risks of investing insurance funds in expressways, proposed measures for risk management from the aspects of insurance corporation and expressway industry investment funds.The thesis had started from the strategic point of view of enhancing the domestic insurance industry and the scientific development of the expressways, and had taken the domestic reality into consideration, proposed the resolutions with availability and relatively high operability. Either modifying the capital structure of the domestic insurance investment, promoting the healthy development of the insurance industry, consummating the system of domestic financial market or promoting the construction of transportation infrastructures represented by the expressways, all have a relatively strong theoretical and practical guidance of significance.
