Research On The Marine Economy Sustainable Development Potentiality Of Tianjin Coastal New District

Due to the enormous marine resources in our country, marine economy has been kept a rapid increase speed. In the development of marine economy, no matter port, transportation, oil gas, chemical industry, energy, coastal engeering, traveling, sea water desalinization and comprehensive utilization, all the marine resources are based on sea, coastal zone and ecological carry capacity. However, the natural marine carrying capacity is limited, if the economy exceeds carrying capacity, resources exhaustion and ecological disaster, followed by the hazard consequences. Then the sustainable development is a hollow word. Therefore, the capacity no more than ecological carrying capacity is the bases of marine economy sustainable development.Facing the rapid marine economy development tendency, strengthening the marine ecological protection, reasonably developing oceans, guaranteeing the sustainable development of marine resources has become an urgent thing of environmental proctection. During the development of marine economic development, the structure of marine ecological assessment and the research of marine ecological carrying capacity have become the most important thing. Estimating the ecological carrying capacity has an important role for the sustainable development of marine economy.With the procedure of development and construction of Binhai New Area, the marine economy has made a big progress during this time. After the construction of many years, the development of marine economy has made a good basis. Binhai New Area is the major support for Tianjin to extend its economy, playing an important role in developing Tianjin's marine economy. Marine economy is the major support for the development of Binhai New Area, which will definitely improve the development of Binhai New Area, playing an important role for the development of Tianjin even Bohai. During the process of development, the ecological environment has been destroyed. Therefore, how to coordinate the relationship between marine economy, development and environment and realize the sustainable development of marine economy have become become a major content of this paper.Through the analysis of grey incidence and system dynamics, the forcast and assessment of marine ecological environment, resource and economical statement were analyzed in this paper. The assessment demonstrated that the ecological capacity has become gradually lower in these years. The forcast for the later 30 years demonstrated that the people and GDP of Binhai New Area have become gradually higher, but the environmental quality has become lower than before. Relative measurements should be adopted by the government.
