After 1990s, very fantasticality of market environment and the fierce market competition forced businesses to find all kinds of available resources to short delivery time, improve quality, lower costs. So the"outsourcing"is coming. And then, following the quick development of information technology, especially the development of internet, IT outsourcing as one of special outsourcing had a fast development. IT outsourcing will low operation costs, focus core operations, improve work efficiency, and also bring inevitable risks, which come from businesses, subcontractors or external environment. Many companies failed to outsource because they had ignored the risks in the process of outsourcing. Risk reorganization, risk evaluation and risk control are always hot fields of IT outsourcing. Based on the pertinent literature, we find fewer research focus risk in IT outsourcing from overall perspective, especially there were much fewer papers about risk control of IT outsourcing. As shown above, studying on risk control in IT outsourcing is very important in both real life and theory area.Based on present study, we redefine IT outsourcing and pursue in-depth research on risk control in the process of subcontractors'selection and the process of outsourcing's execution by using system dynamics, principal-agent theory, ant colony optimization and cryptology theory synthetically.Firstly, we overview the necessity of IT outsourcing risk analyzed by system dynamics analysis. Based on the division of IT outsourcing's process and system dynamics theory, a model about IT outsourcing risk is build, which is made up of subsystem of IT outsourcing risk, control strategies subsystem of IT outsourcing risk and performance subsystem of IT outsourcing risk. And then, we pursue in-depth research on the three subsystems within the relationship among the various elements, summary the causality of subsystem, and simulate the result with Vensim software.Secondly, we give three kind of classification of subcontractors, summary the principles and procedures of subcontractors when businesses choose subcontractors. The sources of six risks in subcontractor selection stage are analyzed, so is the risk control mechanism in subcontractor selection stage with principle agent theory. A model with risk orientation both in principle and agent is build, and analyzed from complete information case and incomplete information case. At last, some suggestions are proposed for subcontractor selection in IT outsourcing.Lastly, we describe the characteristics of IT outsourcing in implementation phase, and design a collection of risk control measures based on the analysis of risk factors in IT outsourcing in implementation phase. And then, a model of multi-agent risk control model is build which consist of risk evaluation, risk cost control and risk lost, and is analyzed by multi-objective Pareto-based ant colony algorithm. We get a series of good convergence and diversity of Pareto optimal solutions through numerical example.
