| Economic globalization accelerate the development of global economy.On other hand,it deepened the extent and scope of financial crisis.Therefore,the requirement for the listed company has become more standard and strict.More and more enterprises pay more attention on audit.Audit industry is demanded more and more strict.The problems faced by the current auditing profession is more complex.So information system of audit firm must adapt to the pace of global economic development.But the information system still be treated as a back-end and support system in audit firm,because of consideration of company cost and core competitiveness.IT outsourcing is still an important working mode used by current audit firm.But IT outsourcing also bring more risk as it provided more convenience to audit firm.Therefore IT outsourcing risk management is vital matter for audit firm.This article is focus on research and analysis of IT outsourcing risk management of W audit firm and summarizes IT outsourcing risk factors of W audit firm.This paper elaborates on the development of IT outsourcing and IT outsourcing services related theory.Then introduces the present situation and the scale of W audit firm,and combed the W IT organization structure of audit firms,and IT service content,as well as the present situation of IT outsourcing.From the perspective of IT outsourcing principal,the paper analyzes the IT outsourcing problems of W audit firm and study the problem of IT outsourcing and risk.IT outsourcing risks of W audit firm is categorized as internal management risk,outsourcing environmental risk and the risk of IT outsourcing supplier.and then identify and assess these three kinds of risk.Through the risk identification,combed the W audit firm IT outsourcing internal management risk factors,risk factors of outsourcing suppliers,and outsourcing external environment risk factors.Finally aiming at these IT outsourcing risk of W audit firm,the paper put forward relevant suggestions and countermeasures. |
