Study On The System Structure And Evolution Of Grain Lifeline

In the background of globalization, the traditional food industry faces many problems and challenges. Eespecially in 2007, affected by the global financial crisis, but also raises concern for food, and realize that food has a special significance and broad meaning. Thus, the lifeline research catches my attention, and it makes me to re-examine the food industry, which constitutes the basic idea of this dissertation and thought. Accordance with the above requirements, the full text of the framework of the dissertation is organized as follows:Chapter 1: Introduction. Introduced content of the study, research methods and background, major innovation; Chapter 2: From the food industry chain to the food lifeline. Introduced food engineering systems to food industry; Chapter 3: Definition of food lifeline. Exproed important characteristics of food lifeline and new reform requirements for food lifeline are put forward to complete the definition of this important concept finally; Chapter 4: The System of Food Lifeline. Studied elements of food lifeline system, and their relationship; Chapter 5: Evaluation of food lifeline systems. Designed a comprehensive evaluation model, Established the evaluation model of energy index; Chapter 6: Food Lifeline's system evolution: growth and development. Applied the idea of integration and evolution, exploring food lifeline from partial to whole system, from static to dynamic; Chapter 7: System security of food Lifeline evolution. Explored the protection system of grain lifeline, raised suggestion; Chapter 8: Summary and prospects. Main innovations are as follows:(1) Introducing lifeline to food engineering systems, proposing and defining the concept of food lifeline.(2) Establishing a large food industry structure model, including basic activities and support activities subsystems and exploring operation mechanism.(3) Establishing evaluation index system of food lifeline energy, and getting evaluation results.(4) Establishing theory system of food lifeline security, discussed suggestions about food bank and integrated logistics park construction.
