Airlines Continuing Innovation-oriented Soa Research

The network airline's business characteristic and profound change of the internal and external business environment requests its product, service, work process, business model to have higher flexibility, and itself maintains the innovative ideology innovation ability continually. Thus the enterprise forms competitive ability continually which is difficult to imitate or the duplicate in the market.Based on the theory of enterprise's sustainable innovation the and the research on SOA, this dissertation proposes that the airline needs to establish SOA in order to innovate continually.From the point of airline business, this dissertation thoroughly reconsiders the IT value and the IT construction. Based on the SOA idea, this dissertation proposes that the digitized environment construction including service module and business service is the breakthrough point which the airline to challenge the competitive environment and to innovate and grow continually. This dissertation points out the SOA construction itself is the foundational technological innovation of the airline's sustainable innovation system.Through the analyzing connotation and the indication of the definition of the enterprise informationization, the effect of the enterprise informationization, the influencethe on competitive power and the competitive advantage of enterprise's informationization, and the influence on innovation ability, the innovation opportunity, the innovation driving force, this dissertation dicusses the relations between SOA and enterprise's sustainable innovation.From the point of complexity, uncertainty and dynamic as well as the environmental variation unpredictable of the airline's competitive environment, this dissertation systematically analyzes airline business essential feature, the new localization of airline's informationization, the goal and the content of airline's informationization, and the way to establish the enterprise actuated by informationization. Based on the analysis above, this dissertation construct the basic SOA airline application system construction model, the data management model, the organizational structure model, and anticipate the value of the primary business.Based on above fundamental research achievement, this dissertation gives a analysis of the overall construction of system, the system design, technological realization plan of the system, enterprise service main line (ESB), the Business Process Management (BPM) as well as the disposition of software and the hardware, the software interface design development, system implementation according to the challenge the airline faces and the airline's business strategy. In the end, this dissertation gives a technological and economical qualitative and the quantitative evaluation on the enterprise's SOA structure.
