Electric power industry is the basic industry of national economy, which plays an important role in the sustained growth of China's economy. In recent years, with the development of power system reform, market oriented, market competition, and provide more quality services to become the future development of the thermal power enterprise.Therefore, only by adhering to the continuous innovation in order to provide an inexhaustible power for the development of thermal power enterprises. Therefore, the key factors of using scientific method to study the effect of thermoelectric enterprises sustainable innovation ability, and then identify the key path to enhance the sustained innovation ability of thermal power enterprises, can help enterprises to identify key strategic power, effectively enhance the ability of continuous innovation.The current status of continuous innovation and problems in process of conducting continuous innovation of A firm have been analyzed.Secondly, the internal factors, external factors and historical factors that affect the sustainable innovation ability of thermoelectric enterprises are analyzed. The internal influencing factors of thermal power enterprises sustainable innovation ability of strategic management, entrepreneurship, learning ability, resource allocation and output capacity;external factors of market demand, market competition, government policy and technical environment;historical factors have accumulated knowledge, past and past innovation input innovation performance.Again, the fuzzy theory was introduced into DEMATEL method to deal with uncertain and vague, subjective value judgment in the decision-making process, to identify the key factors of innovation ability construction model of continuous thermal power enterprises based on DEMATEL Fuzzy, and gives the steps of identifying key factors.Finally, according to the actual situation of A company, the business impact of thermoelectric system built in this article based on continuous innovation factors and identify the key factors of innovation ability model of continuous thermal power enterprises of Acompany Fuzzy DEMATEL, conducted an empirical study to identify the factors that have key influence on the continuous innovation of A company. On the base of above, some countermeasures can help improve the continuous innovation ability of A firm have been distinguished.
