Research On The Functional Transformation And Development Mode Of Tax-protected Zone Under The Economic Globalization

Free Trade Zone is a Chinese special area of high degree of openness under the customs' supervision. Two decades have passed since the State Council approved the first Free Trade Zone - Shanghai Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone in June,1990. Free Trade Zone has played the important role as a bridge or window for the great contributions of the Chinese development of economy. These special zones attracted the foreign capital and advanced technology and helped the government achieve the expansion of exports,increase foreign exchange earnings,create job opportunities and accelerate the regional economic development,promote industrial restructuring and upgrading and so on. With economic globalization and regional economic integration, Chinese external development strategy has changed from export-oriented to open; the development of Free Trade Zone in the new situation has also undergone a big change.This paper concludes eight parts.
