ABSTRACT:With the trend of economy globalization and integration, the growing trade of China-EU on international logistics service requirements is also getting higher and higher. Asia-Europe Land-bridge logistics channels with its unique advantages and characteristics are gradually attracted by countries along the Land-bridge. But the only achieve normal operation is only Siberia Land-bridge, beginning from China,The new Asia-Europe Land-bridge and the third Asia-Europe Land-bridge from Tianjin and exit from Erenhot has only put into short-term use. It is urgent to make countermeasures. However, in home and abroad on the Asia-Europe Land-bridge research mainly focused on infrastructure, technical standards, or to the regional economic influence, lacking of the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the whole Land-bridge. So it is necessary to take the whole system into consideration, digging the internal reason and studying on the operation and development of Asia-Europe Land-bridge logistics channels. It has magnificent effect on enhancing the effectiveness and efficiency of Land-bridge channel operation, promoting the service and management of logistics enterprise, driving the scientific development of Land-bridge.Based on the new institutional theory, the paper builds the develop theory of Asia-Europe Land-bridge logistics channels, researches on the operation and developing mechanism, builds the comprehensive evaluation system and method, and makes empirical analysis. The main research contents are as following.1. The paper determine the concept of Asia-Europe Land-bridge on the present stage, proposing the present Land-bridge transport is the comprehensive international logistics channel system based on the multi-transport organization. On this basis analyzing the operating mechanism from the internal power and external influencing factors, the paper analize the way how to make Land-bridge market target, and propose the comprehensive index model of international logistics route primary choice.2. Basing on the institutional theory for the first time, the paper researches on the develop mechanism of Asia-Europe Land-bridge. The paper promotes the developing strategies of the Land-bridge from the macro aspects, and from the microscope constructs the transaction cost model of the Land-bridge logistics, researching on the characteristics, analizing the relationship between channel choice and transaction cost.
