Resarch On Optimization Of Industrial Structure Of Xinjiang Economic Belt Along The Second Euro-Asia Continental Bridge

Economic development practice of countries in the world shows that the situation of industrial structure of this region has critical influence to economic development.The process of economic development can be also seen the industrial structure adjustment process. This article begins from the current situation of the Xinjiang economic belt along the Second Euro-Asia Continental Bridge industrial structure, uses the theories and methods of industrial structure to study its industrial structure, and ultimately making some suggestions about the Xinjiang economic belts along the Second Euro-Asia industrial structure on the base of positive analysis results.This paper first describes the definitions and basic theories. Concepts or definitions include: economic belts along the Second Euro-Asia Continental Bridge, the range of the Xinjiang economic belts along the Second Euro-Asia Continental Bridge, the industrial structure optimization; basic theories include:point-axis system theory, theory of traffic economic belt, the standard structure of Chenery theory, Miyohiko shinohara's two standards and Heshman's theory of industry relevance intensity standards. Then the next discusses the current Xinjiang economic belts along the Second Euro-Asia Continental Bridge's industrial structure development. This part mainly from the distribution of natural resources, location, demographic and cultural factors and transportation of these four aspects; After this, the paper judegs its industral development satge,using five stages of industrialization Kuznets guidelines, criteria for Hoffman industrial experience, Clark industrial distribution of labor norms and Chenery six stages, the reslut shows its industrialization still staying in industrial-interim stage, optimal adjustment of industrial structure as a foundation of preparation; then to Xinjiang Economic Zone areas within the overall development of the three industries analyzed. And then to Xinjiang Economic Zone of the empirical analysis of regional industrial structure, in-depth analysis of local industrial structure bridge conditions in the empirical analysis are introduced:Shift Share Analysis Method Using this method after the Hami, Turpan, Urumqi, Changji, Shihezi and Three of these six areas Kuitun industrial structure are discussed in the state; also on the inside and outside of Xinjiang Economic Zone industrial sources, dependence on export-oriented economy, FDI sources inside and outside the influence coefficient and industry analysis, taking into consideration Economic Zone area and the degree of external economic ties and, finally, the empirical analysis of the problems to elaborate. Next is the Xinjiang Economic Zone industrial structure optimization. This paper argues that the industrial structure optimization of the current bridge, a main direction as a whole leading industry, the overall regional priorities the development of these industries. A range of options based on the principle:the establishment of indicator system and the use of principal component analysis, and integration of the various region's current industrial policy, the final choice the leading industries:oil and natural gas industry, mining industry, food manufacturing, petroleum processing and coking and nuclear fuel industrial and financial industry as the leading industries.This paper argues that the bridge blet should be seen as a whole to priority developt the leading industries is the main direction at present, because this method can make the function of Xinjiang economic belt along the Second Euro-Asia Continental Bridge exerts better, and this choose also can bring the whole ares's economic develope and keeps it in a rapid and healthy stitution. Finally, the paper also raised some suggestion about the optimization of industrial structure of Xinjiang economic belt along the Second Euro-Asia Continental Bridge.
