At present, many assembly companies have faced such an operation management dilemma:namely, some overstocked components piles up, but the components needed in current scheduling plan is frequently out of stock and the incident of urgent order, increased order, injected order often take place, which leads to the chaos of production planning and lower operating efficiency. The essential cause is that both the capability of supply chain coordination scheme and the suppliers' collaborative supply are lack.Based on the above practical background and the analysis of the current domestic and foreign literature, the dissertation studies the optimization problems for assembly manufacturers coordination inventory control. The main contents are as follows.(1) Multi-period dynamic batch optimization for assembly manufacturing enterprisesBased on the supply chain management system of assembly manufacturing enterprises, the dynamic batch optimization decision problem on production and procurement is investigated. An optimization model about the corresponding dynamic lot size decision questions is presented, which considers the following constraints, such as the demand for delivery time window constraints, capacity constraints, the operation time of supply chain nodes companies and the ratio of different components according to assembly requirement. The purpose of optimization is to minimize the total supply chain cost by dynamic batch optimization of production and procurement for supply chain node enterprises.(2) Inventory optimization of assembly system based on coordination supply under stochastic purchasing lead timeIn this section, a coordination inventory optimization about multiple suppliers with uncertain supply environment is studied so as to ensure that different components'inventory are considered. And an optimization model is given, which is a coordination inventory control optimization model with multiple suppliers, single manufacturer's supply chain system, to figure out the optimal quantity of the reorder point and order batch.(3) Inventory collaboration of assembly manufacturing supply based on the Supply-Hub operation modeAccording to the characteristic of assembly manufacturing supply chain management, a coordination optimization model is established, which is based on queue theory, basic inventory strategy and supply-hub inventory collaborative control mode. Moreover, the analysis of optimal decision is given, according to comparison the decentralized with centralized decision. Meanwhile, the compensation mechanism of supply chain collaboration and condition of Pareto improvement is analyzed.(4) Optimization on dynamic inventory control based on the objective performanceBased on the system analysis of the framework and key control point of supply chain collaborative inventory optimization for assembly manufacturing enterprises, an optimization model is investigated according to the principle of feedback control, which is based on the assembly manufacturing enterprise's target performance. And the related algorithm is described. Finally, according to target performance and reorder point theory, a dynamic optimization decision model is formulated, which is rational guidance for the assembly manufacturing enterprise's practice operation.
