Sustainable Development Of Ethical Research

The proposal of sustainable development together with its worldwide consensus and implementation represents every country's keen wish to tackle the environmental issues currently threatening human existence and increasingly deepening cognition of developmental problems. To maintain the scientific, reasonable and sustainable nature of this rational developmental pattern, we should establish not only the basic policy direction in practice but also the mechanisms of self evaluation, self confinement, self reflection, and self regulation. History and reality reveal further that with the increasingly serious damage to the ecological system and environmental crisis, implementing the strategy of sustainable development on a more comprehensive and profound dimension requires not only technological, economic, and legal means but also ethical beliefs and correspondent ethical mechanisms. Only with ethical beliefs as a base and ethical mechanisms as a safeguard, can the implementation of sustainable development move from childishness to maturity and from superficiality to profundity. Beginning with the basic viewpoints and methodology of traditional and ecological ethics, with the proof of the proposal and implementation of sustainable development strategies and policies, in the perspectives of theory and practice, this research attempts to discuss the importance and necessity of establishing sustainable development viewpoint, to discuss the essence, implication, and means of sustainable development ethics, and to basically establish a framework pattern of sustainable development ethical system. Utilizing the logic structure and arrangement of "summary-detail-summary", this paper puts forward the basic conclusion that sustainable development in essence is a new ethical viewpoint, the symmetric analytic framework of "three dimensions" and "three values" of this ethical view, the new concept of inter-district ethics as well as its analytic system, which is different from ecologic and generation ethics, and the realization pattern of this sustainable development ethics in our country in the perspective of systems.
