With the advent of knowledge economy era, the incentive and restraint have become a core function of management. But now people have not researched the incentive and restraining mechanism of management systematically. Especially in the face of a new knowledge economy environment, we have seen little research job that how to design the new available incentive and restraining mechanism of management. Therefore, it has become an importance task cried for resolving how to consider the new knowledge economy environment to research and design the new incentive and restraining mechanism of management. This thesis tightly combines the new characteristics of knowledge economy environment to consider the changing trends of organization management and individual behavior. On the basis of former research jobs, it synthetically applies the theories and methods of economics and management science to research the design problem of the incentive and restraining mechanism of organization management. Then it comes into being a set of systemic system of the incentive and restraining mechanism of management and set up a relative intact design theory and method system of the incentive and restraining mechanism of management. The thesis reduces the incentive and restraining system of management under the knowledge economy environment to four parts: the incentive and restraining mechanism of individual management; the incentive and restraining mechanism of group work management; the incentive and restraining mechanism of commonality resource management; the incentive and restraining mechanism of hidden defaulter's action management. Therefore, this paper closely surrounds such four types of mechanism design problem to systematically research the methods of the incentive and restraining mechanism of management under the knowledge economy environment. The material incentive and restraining mechanism of management has been designed to aiming at practice problems. Then the paper farther makes concluding, summarizing and goes up to the design research with universal meaning on incentive and restraining mechanism of generic management, basing on design research with representative meaning of the incentive and restraining mechanism of management of material problems. Finally it comes into being a set of comparative systemic design theory and method of the incentive and restraining mechanism of management. My demonstration researches show these theories and methods have a broad applying value in management practice. In creative way, the paper provides the mechanism pattern stating method of management game about the incentive and restraining mechanism design of management. Then the idiographic stating models are researched detailedly. The paper designs the math model of the incentive and restraining mechanism management of employee basing on synthesis management type and different management type. It also sets up an incentive and restraining mechanism model of management of knowledge employee basing on much level request theory. These research jobs greatly develop the ways and methods of the existing incentive and restraining mechanism design of management. The thesis sufficiently considers the background of knowledge economy, considers the effect of knowledge factors and knowledge property right. It designs a series of incentive and restraining mechanism of group work management, and provides some new approaches and methods for resolving "free-rider" problem in group work and making available incentive and restraining for team members. Basing on the sufficient exertion of organization knowledge resource and knowledge capital function, the paper makes detailed and deep research on the problems of using and protecting grassland resource in reason. That provides a new way for resolving the problemsof using and protecting commonality resource. The research job of the incentive and restraining of hidden defaulter management in this paper provides a new approaches and methods for resolving the problem of the hidden defaulter's action management. Basing on the efficient utilizing and protecting of Inner-Mongolia 's grassland and the building of Wei-Chang county' s zoology in He Bei, The paper takes demonstration researches on the incentive and restraining mechanism of management. The thesis discusses how to apply synthetically the means and methods of management to the incentive and restraining mechanism of management. It summarizes the qualitative design principles for the four types of the incentive and restraining mechanism of management.
