With intensive development of information technology and the economic globalization day by day, human society in the 21st century has already entered into the time of knowledge-dominated world. The intelligence capital has become the key competitive advantage of organization . And the knowledge management has played an important role in the process of value promotion in enterprises. Human, organization and the technology are the three principal supporting systems of knowledge management. The knowledge share established in the foundation of voluntary cooperation is the key aspect of any successful implementation for knowledge management. However, a dilemma the choice exists from beginning to end in the cooperating behavior, which is the biggest barrier in the knowledge management implementation. In order to solve various contradictions of the main body of management and the object, we must carry on conformity and innovation to organizational motivation pattern.Through summing up all the basic theories of incentive mechanism under knowledge management, this article has discussed staffs' psychological feature and proposed the incentive mechanism design and the movement pattern under the knowledge management. It studies the staff goal mechanism, the induction mechanism, individual mechanism, the assignment mechanism, the behavior standards mechanism and the communication mechanism under the research knowledge management organizes and summarizes a whole set of organizational incentive mechanism frame for knowledge management actuation.The paper is divided into five parts. The introduction discussed the target of staff members incentive mechanism innovation, analyzed and summarized the domestic and foreign related university teacher stimulate research literature, elaborated the research goal, significance, the research mentality and the method. The second chapter takes the knowledge management theory, the motivation theory and the gambling theory management science, the construction incentive mechanism as the bare bone of rationale. The third chapter seeks for the corresponding condition that the staff motivation occurs under the knowledge management condition, distinguished match relations between the knowledge staff and incentive mechanism; propose emphasis of staffs' psychological feature on the knowledge management and study concretely. The fourth chapter forms the construction of incentive mechanism frame through the object the empirical study; constructs the corresponding incentive mechanism and emphasizes on the design model of the staff incentive mechanism; proposed three main sets which are the achievement goal, the demand induction and individual demand as well as three main circuits (distribution system, behavior standards and communication); inquired the process and the mechanism function of these system as well as the influence of staff motivation under the knowledge management . The fifth chapter makes concrete to the operating level. It studies some scientific and systematic motivation method in the incentive mechanism operation. And it also does some research on the formulation, selection and evaluation of motivation ways separately, which is the core of incentive mechanism implements.Thus, aiming at constructing new pattern based on staff incentive mechanism under the knowledge management and promoting its efficiency, from macroscopic to microscopic, this article carries on the theoretical and the practical analysis of staff incentive mechanism, which results in achieving to use the drive resources economically and promoting the efficiency of talented person facility.
