It is the aim for a corporation existing and developing to pursue the maximization of the value. Since the eighties in twenty century, the marketing environment has changed greatly. And customization and agility has been the necessary choice and the developing tendency that a corporation should grasp. The logistics agility on any level could be obtained, if the resource of a corporation is sufficient and it would take on the necessary cost. However, it is not the fact. Any route and fashion of logistics activity cannot but be predetermined by two key conditions. One is that all logistics activities must meet the efficient customer requirement in the "time window". It responds to the efficient customer requirement, and weighs the efficient customer requirement and the satisfying power of the corporation. Otherwise, it is nonsense to mention the maximization of the corporation value and the customer value. The other is how to harmonize the cost efficiency of the logistics and how to strike the balance between the minimization of the cost and the maximization of the value. To realize the balance between the minimization of the logistics cost and the maximization of the value within the "time window"under the environment based on time competition, the key is how to reduce the cost within the time window so that the prompt response to the efficient customer requirement and the customized satisfaction can be achieved efficiently. The logistics agility is the necessary choice to achieve the maximization of the customer value on the basis of the integration of supply chain. And whether it can be realized depends on the resolution of three crux problems: how to program the time window, how to respond promptly to the efficient customer requirement, and how to realize the synchronization function of the supply chain. They are the main mechanism that restricts the realization of the logistics agility based on the integration of supply chain. In this communication, standardized and demonstrated research methods are applied. Surrounding the subject of "The Mechanism of Integrated Supply Chain-based Logistics Agility", some problems are investigated and settled as follows: The integration of supply chain has been investigated systematically. A viewpoint has been put forward, i.e. "the integration of supply chain is an optimized choice based on the core competition strength, which develops the useful of the integration in portrait and discards its useless, and the dynamic union developed by the members in the supply chain in virtue of the sharing of information and the incorporating of resource to respond simultaneously to the efficient customer requirement". The objects such as core, character, basis and so forth have been studied, which grounds the spreading research in the realization mechanism of logistics agility. Another point put forward is that "the logistics agility is the logistics activity to respond promptly to the efficient customer requirement so as to satisfy the customized requirement under the precondition of the optimized cost and efficiency by means of the rational layout of time window". The logistics agility, including its connotation and character, has been defined. Its function mechanism ground on the integration of supply chain has been studied. The limitation to its realization and the principle it should follow are discussed. The mechanism between the time window and the realization of the logistics agility is analyzed. An optimized method programming reasonably the time window is brought forward. The customer relation management based on the integration of supply chain is the ground to realize the logistics agility. The core and the decision-making precondition in the prompt responding to the efficient customer requirement are showed up. The function and main content of the customer relation management to the realization of the logistics agility are probed. An optimized corporation case is demonstrated. While logistics agility can be realized by using the resource of single enterprise under some condition, it is an optimum choice to respond agility to effective customers by forming good supply chain partner relationship based on integration supply chain and integrating the resource of supply chain. It is the key to constitute the mechanism of supply chain synchronization in the process. So this article studies the effect supply chain synchronization working on the realization of logistics agility. The foundation and targets that supply chain synchronization functions on and for have been analyzed in it. This paper also explores the precondition that supply chain synchronization mechanism functions on and the operation mechanism how busyness process optimizing and modern information technology act on the logistics agility. An ashen situation model based on core competency of cooperative partnership is shown in this paper.
