Research On Distributor Agile Logistics Management Based On Supply Chain Integration (dalm-sci)

With the rapid development of science and technology, and intense market competition day by day, on one hand enterprises need to reduce prices and dealing with the competition from intra-industry competition, on the other hand they have to face with the increasing cost. For this reason, enterprises are seeking methods to break through such a widespread predicament. Therefore, known as "the third profit source", under the demonstration effects of successful enterprises such as DELL, Logistics is attracting more and more widespread attention and on a global scale to flourish after several decades of development. Agile Logistics is the concrete application in the field of logistics of Agile Manufacturing and the high-level development phase of modern Logistics. The goal of using Agile Logistics is to deal with changing market environment, reduce cost, optimize efficiency, and get the balance between low cost, high efficiency and high level of customer satisfaction, it doesn't pursue single item target by one side.The source of Agile Logistics is Agile Manufacturing, nevertheless, Agile Logistics appear relatively short period of time, at present, the current research literature of Agile logistics is not many, particularly agile logistics of a late start in China, the literature of study on Agile logistics of China are still in sufficient. The study on Agile Logistics, for this reason, it have highly innovative. Launch of various fields research to Agile Logistics, can offer reference for the logistics course of enterprises.In this context, this paper puts distributor's Agile Logistics management as a starting point, research is carried out as following:(1) It proposes the definiction of distributor's Agile Logistics management based on supply chain integration (DALM-SCI), constructs the architecture of it and briefly introduces supporting technologies of the architecture.(2) This thesis studies four key elements of DALM-SCI:time window management, supplier relationship management, customer relationship management and logistics cost management. Then it introduces methods of compressing time window management and so on.(3) It establishes system for evaluating results of distributors'Agile Logistics management performance. The thesis analysis the application of Agile Logistics theory and effective measures in LJ company. At last, it used fuzzy AHP method to achieve the evaluation result of LJ Agile Logistics management performance.
