The ordinary concept of industrial competition is the industry of one country supports the ability of product and service efficiently than other field on the base of current occupied resource. The upsurge of research on competitive power has been raised on the world, since The World Economic forum delivered the first "the global competitive power report" in 1980 in Geneva, Switzerland. With the fast increase of Chinese economic, perpetual strengthen economic globalization and increasing severity of industrial competition, the research on Chinese competitive situation and industrial competitive power has been the focus issue in study field, even become the attention hotspot for each social field. Through studying on theories and technical methods of industrial competition, this paper structured study system of theory and method of industrial competition researching on Chinese construction industry. On the base of summarized study, this paper analyzed and researched on effect, causation, development and countermeasure of industrial competition of Chinese construction industry. This paper is the main content of national social science fund 《the new economic growth point and growth power of Chinese construction industry》, the main study result of this paper including:1. This paper structured the model of Input-Occupancy-Output Analyses for Chinese construction industry, and calculated evaluated competition index of construction industry for each year. The peculiarity of this model is analyzing flux and restore amount of construction economic system as an integrate, this model analyzes not only the relation of input and output of product among departments, but also the quantity relation of occupy and output, occupy and input, this analysis made people understand and hold the inherence relation and develop trend economic movement of construction industry. This analysis breaks through the normal input-output model which only studies the relation of economicflux input and output on special period and has the disadvantage of not reflecting the economic storage on special time, the factors are natural resource, fixed assets, current assets and construction equipment. At the same time, on the shortage of much study sticking on reference and analysis of current input-output tablet, this paper structured national economic 33 departments input-output tablet, after this, used the Structural Decomposition Analysis, Integer Programming model and fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, this paper calculated evaluated competition index of construction industry for each year. All this study result provided new technical tools and research means for analyzing and evaluating industrial competition.2. This paper structured the synthesized evaluating index system of influence factors for construction industrial competition, and confirmed the key influence on construction industrial competition. Aimed at current competition evaluating index system emphasized universality, ignored industrial specialty. And based on the evaluating system of industrial competition factors, especially analyzed and compared the factor evaluating system of WEF (World Economic Forum) and IMD(International Management Department in Switzerland), domestic scholars' result and related cases on study of industrial competition. This paper pointed out the principia of confirming for influence factors of Chinese construction industrial competition, related industrial competition decided model and established the system of 20 basic influence factors;after this, this paper constructed ISM (Interpretative structural modeling) of Chinese construction industrial competition with the means of system engineer, and using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process), this paper confirmed the 6 key influence factors, which are: TFP (Total Factor Productivity), diathesis of workers, Urbanization level, Industrial concentration, Technology promotion rate and Government efficiency. From different levels and different angles, these studied results reflected the construction industry more competitive features for the construction industry analysis, provided indicators variables for competitiveness develop analysis and provided macro policy decisions basis for construction related industries.3. This paper measured those key influence factors of construction competition, and structured the industrial competitiveness growth model. With the present only on the identification of factors affecting the competitiveness of industry research and inadequate conditions of quantitative analysis of the determining factors, this paper measured the key factors and made quantitative analysis of the key factors. On construction industrial competitiveness growth forecast, most of the existing studies forecasts statistically on the use of long sequences time series and have contradictions of high-precision error onpredicting short sequences time series. Using the grey theoretical prediction models, this paper established more influence factors industrial competitiveness growth GM (1, 1) model, and made the model accuracy test. From the level of methodology, that the outcome guarantees the research scientific. On the results of the model analysis and forecast, this paper analyzed construction industrial competition develop trend, and proposed to seize 6 key influence factors to strengthen industrial construction competition, all of these studies found solutions and had prominent immediate importance.4. This paper proposed strategies and develop thought for the growth of Chinese construction industrial competition. Based on driving power and route of Chinese construction industrial competition growth, the analysis of government role in this period, this paper proposed 8 competition power which must be strengthened for Chinese construction industrial, and brought forward the strategies and develop thought for Chinese construction industrial competition growth. At the same time, this paper analyzed and researched on supervising and harmonizing use of the government and industrial institute in the period of Chinese construction industrial competition growth. All of these researching result indicated that none but exert the advantage of marketing economic and strengthen scientific supervising and macro regulating for related department of government, and all these can promote Chinese construction industry developed continuously, healthily and rapidly.
