A Study Of Evaluating Index System Of Enterprise's Core Competitiveness Based On The Theory Of Dynamic Capacity

In this ever-changeable world, the information is expanding rapidly. The companies which want to survive and develop to be long history enterprises must have their own core competence which can be updated according to the inside and outside environment.This paper is trying to do some research on the evaluation of core competitiveness based on the theory of dynamic capacity and then create more means to judge the level of core competitiveness. It leads the old thought which defined core competitiveness as a long-term advantage once made will benefit the company for a long period to an end. Standing around the key point of core competitiveness evaluation, this paper has taken varieties ways on research following the logical method from the theory to the model and finally to the example.Chapter one contains the following parts: the background, goal and meaningful result of this paper as well as the research path and personal innovation. In the second chapter, this paper firstly cite several theories on corecompetitiveness, dynamic capacity and methods of evaluating the core competitiveness from others scholars. Then, I choose the right method-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation from the old theories.In the Chapter three, I first pick several evaluation items as initial research elements depending on the old theories and inquiring from experts in this field. After carefully analyzing the rough data, I ultimately set the correct evaluation items for this paper.Chapter four includes the building of the evaluation model based on the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and the evaluation system created in Chapter three.In the fifth chapter, I will do an investigation for the evaluation method and model mentioned in a local company in order to testify their efficiency and rationality.In the last chapter, this paper summarizes its research conclusions and meanwhile points out several infects during the whole process of research. Then, this paper provides opinions on future research work.
