The Research On High-Tech Enterprises Cooperative R&D Networks And Its Coordination Management

With the swift development of information and communication technology (ICT), especially internet technology, economy is promoted to be globalized., and under the support of above-mentioned technological progress production elements appears in new economic shape. People call such economic activity which base on ICT and network cybereconomy, because this kind of technology embodies the unprecedented reliance of the economic subject on the network and mutual dependence, what makes the behavior of economic subjects from the whole world tends to be invisibly unified. High-tech enterprises cooperative R&D networks arise at this historic moment. But as to the theoretical research, studying on such new organization shape remains in the preliminary stage. This text just carries on deep discussion to this new-type organization mode, and establishes the overall analysis frame in the hope of forming a systematic research system.First of all, we theoretically disclose the formative mechanism of high-tech enterprises cooperative R&D networks. With the aggravation of technological market competition and limitation of enterprises own R&D resources, cooperative R&D activities has already become an important way to get innovative source, and accompanied by the cybereconomy development , high-tech enterprises cooperative R&D networks inevitably come into being. This dissertation analyses the causes, conditions and basic routes of the formation of this kind of organization, and upon on this then explores the essential features and competition advantages of high-tech enterprises cooperative R&D networks.In the second part, we deeply research the basic state of high-tech enterprises cooperative R&D networks organization from four angles. We compare the organizational modes of high-tech enterprises cooperative R&D networks, and organizational modes are divided into different kinds according to the joined main body, geographical space standard of cooperative R&D networks, the relation of network member, the network centralize degree, the network stabilization degree, the members origin, and so on. We use existing research results for reference to probe into the structure of high-tech enterprises cooperative R&D networks, and the analysis indicates that with the increase of network member amount, the emergence probability of spider web type network structure is greater than that of star type. Utilizing real option theory and method, we construct strategic value assessment model of high-tech enterprise cooperative R&D networks, and get its flexible value equation. Based on game theory, we build dynamical game model of high-tech enterprise cooperative R&D networks,and analyse the equilibrium of R&D investment and benefits of high-tech enterprise under different conditions.Then in the third part, we discuss the coordination management measure of high-tech enterprises cooperative R&D networks. Watched from the outside of network, It is a organic integer, so in terms of this we develop control modes and choosing mechanism of high-tech enterprises cooperative R&D networks .While standing from the inside of the network, it is a multi-interest-collective combination, thereupon various contradiction and conflicts necessarily appear among members, so this dissertation sets up conflict managing model of high-tech enterprises cooperative R&D networks to solve this problem .In the fourth part, on the basis of Chiesa's(1996 ) research approach, we develop benchmarking test audit model of high-tech enterprises cooperative R&D networks, which found on the course, carry on empirical research on the R&D network audit and the relating management problems of high-tech enterprise, and by employing the principal component analysis and correlation analysis, we reveal the correlativity between high-tech enterprises cooperative R&D networks performance and management factors .Finally, some suggestions are put forward for the activities of high-tech enterprises cooperative R&D networks in terms of enterprises, industry and government. From the angle of enterprises, high-tech enterprises should make the overall and intact decision scheme in such aspects as choosing network members and investment decision design. In term of the angle of the industry, it should offer better technology service and decision-making consultation for the cooperative activities of high-tech enterprises. And say in terms of government, high-tech enterprises cooperative R&D activities should be encouraged and supported, etc.
