With the rapid development of the knowledge economy and informationtechnology, network development has become an inevitable trend in the developmentof science and technology business incubator. And location is an important factoraffecting the development of the network. Thus, the concept of regional technologyincubator network is gradually raised, and its evolution issue has become the focus ofresearch. Considering that the complex network theory is a powerful tool for solvingdynamic evolution, this article studied the evolution of regional high-tech incubationnetwork from this perspective. After reviewing the relevant literature, this paper noted that high-tech incubationnetwork is composed of nodes, connections and trust mechanism, and these elementshave complex characteristics. This paper study the generation of partnership betweennodes, by building the repeating credit dilemma game model and evolutionary gamemodel, and reached the conclusion that the network will reach Nash equilibrium, andfound measures to encourage each node in the game to take cooperation strategy. After introducing the structure of the regional technology incubator network, thisarticle from the overall analyzed the complex nature of regional high-tech incubatornetwork, and then build a preliminary model of the evolution of regional technologyincubator network. The efficiency of individual incubator is greatly influenced by the regionaltechnology incubator network. Its development is a microcosm of the entire incubatornetwork. So this paper studied the efficiency of single incubator to evaluate thedevelopment of regional technology incubator networks. Particularly, this paperevaluated the regional technology incubator network of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.
