As it moves into knowledge economic era,the mode of business management also turns from manufacturing management into creation management and knowledge management.With special expertise and high qualities and being the main contributors for the enterprises core-competitiveness,knowledge staff is the central object for any enterprises.High-tech enterprises are knowledge and technology intensive organizations, knowledge staff is the basis for their existing and the guarantee for its developing,so the management efficiency on them will determine these enterprises' life or death. Therefore,How to manage them to bring the best out of them and improve the added value form them has attracted the eyes of researchers and senior manager in enterprises.By analyzing the features of knowledge staff,the existing management problems and referring the theory of human flexibility,this article put forward a mode on knowledge staff flexible management,at last,by listing several cases to support the value of this mode.At present,the main problems on management in high-tech enterprises are:lacking scientific performance assessment system resulting in the low working enthusiasm;lacking staff development program resulting in little chance for them to improve themselves;lacking working mechanism like flexible working time and place resulting in low working efficiency.Based on these questions,the article put forward the mode on knowledge staff flexible management.With this mode,high-tech enterprises should inspirit their knowledge staff from the following ways:function flexibility,work schedule flexibility and salary flexibility.Among them,function flexibility emphasizes the job rotation and position promotion and so on;work schedule flexibility means that the knowledge staff can choose the working time and places according to their own preference;salary flexibility means that the enterprises should build equity and inspiring salary mechanism to suit different staff needs.In the end,with three cases,the article proves that it can not only improve their working enthusiasm and efficiency,but also the enterprises performance by implementing flexible management on knowledge staff in high-tech enterprises.
