Socio-economic Institutional Change Theory Research

This paper discusses the fundamental causes of the institution transition. This topic is concerned with the fundamental realization to the human society development and is a deep issue in institutional economics. As to the former study, there are a lot of deep study complemented by plenty of scholar, especially the typical writers of Marxism had discovered some important rules of it. There are still a lot of puzzles to be solved . as to the realized significance, it is of great importance to improvement the society realization level, especially to fully realize .China's production factors evolvement trends and its subjective demands to the institution reform, to fully comprehense the significant development idea and the construction of the socialism harmonious society, to realize the modern objective of institution construction and to choose property reform measures and governance. So this topic is of great significance both in theoretical study and in reality.This paper includes seven chapters. The first two chapters analyze the background and the significance of the topic of this paper, the analysis train, the definition identification, the study method and the review of the former study. On the basis of these, the next four chapters analyze four issues, including the foundation and disintegration of primitive society, the internal contradiction of property institution and the driving force of institution transition, the clarification and the ways of institution transition. Theseform a analysis train: the origin of the institution------the driving forcing of institutiontransition------the mechanism of institution transition------the way of the institutiontransition.Analysis the three clues including the historic evolvement , the improvement of productivity, institution transition, this paper points out that from the primitive occupation relationship, the institution always have the contradiction of natural occupation and property occupation. As the relationship between human being and have the natural occupation reflects the scientific demands of nature rule, and have objective character, and has new demands. On the other hand, as the relationship between human beings, the property occupation is influenced by the rational person objective, and does not suit to marginal demands of the natural occupation. This leads to the nonsuit between the ownership and production way, then establish new demands to produce new institution.Based on the ownership related to some stage, being the integration of the relationship between human and nature and the relationship between human beings, the productivity, the production way, and the institution relationship reflects the production process, and with the change of the condition of production factors combination, translates the utility and the function.
