Study On The Allocation Mechanism Of Financial Resources Of Characteristic Agricultural Industrialization In Xinjiang

In the period the transition of social economic structure, financial resources allocation is a key problem of restricting effective development of the characteristic agricultural industrialization in Xinjiang. In the situation of market economy, and with the improvement of financial efficiency, the rationalization and optimization of the financial resources allocation will excellently support and push the development of agriculture and rural economy, and the trend is becoming gradually obvious, and it is determining the pace and efficiency of the development of agricultural industrialization to a certain extent. In the Xinjiang rural areas with evident traditional agricultural characteristics, the problems of financial difficulty and financial support shortage to microcosmic individual of agricultural industrialization, which weakens the efficiency of the financial resources allocation of characteristic agricultural industrialization. From above the mechanism improvement of financial resources allocation of characteristic agricultural industrialization of Xinjiang has the important significance for promoting the integration capability of the characteristic agricultural and for setting up the socialism new countryside of Xinjiang.On the basis of the study and investigation about the financial resources allocation of characteristic agricultural industrialization of Xinjiang, the thesis puts forward to the reformation of financial resources allocation system by using the rural financial theory, systems change theory, integrated urban and rural development theory, the theory of industrial practicing agriculture, and it draws lessons from domestic and international results of experts and scholars, and it adopts real example combining norm analysis, a combination of empirical and normative analysis, qualitative and quantitative analysis methods, etc.This research is divided into three parts, part one includes chapter one, two, and three.
