The Research On The Financial Support For The Agricultural Industrialization In Hunan Province

The agricultural industrialization is an important driving force for the agriculture and strategic adjustment of rural economic structure. Solve the problems of the scattered farmers’adapting to market and entering the market, is a difficult point of the strategic adjustment of rural economic structure, which lead to the success of the agricultural structure adjustment. As a big agricultural province, Hunan’s largest situation is about rural, agriculture and peasants. In the realizing modernization process, Hunan needs to accelerate the modernization and industrialization of agriculture. Since the early1990s, Hunan realized the importance and urgency of the development of agricultural industrialization, which has got rapid development. However, with the continuous development of agricultural economy, the financing problem has increasingly become a bottleneck to the development of agricultural industrialization. Thus this research studies the financial support for the agricultural industrialization based on the actual situation of agricultural industrialization in Hunan, and puts forward some reasonable countermeasures and suggestions to provide reference for policy settlement and sustainable development of agricultural industrialization in Hunan Province.This article is divided into eight chapters. Chapter1mainly introduces the selected topic background of the paper, research purpose and significance, research status at home and abroad, research methods and main innovations. Chapter2is mainly to analyze the mechanism of the financial support for agricultural industrialization, study the connotation of financial support, agricultural industrialization, introduce the agricultural credit subsidies theory, rural financial market theory, imperfect competition market theory, analyze the relations between agricultural industrialization and financial support, etc. Chapter3is mainly to study the development situation of the agricultural industrialization and its financial requirements in Hunan Province, analyze the capitals of financial requirements. Chapter4analyzes the money supply in the process of agricultural industrialization, including the supply subjects and the sources of funds. Chapter5studies the existing problems and deficiencies of financial support in the process of agricultural industrialization in Hunan Province, from the perspectives of the function of the agricultural financial support system, the efficiency of financial services, agricultural insurance, credit evaluation system, etc. Chapter6puts forward some reasonable countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen financial support in the process of agricultural industrialization in Hunan based on the studying practice and experience of financial support for agriculture industrialization in foreign countries. Chapter7summarizes the conclusions and puts forward the outlook of the research.The propabal innovations of this paper lie in the research perspective, research contents and research methods. By using combined research methods of normative analysis and empirical analysis, comparison method and investigation method, the paper carries on a comprehensive and systematic research on the financial support for agricultural industrialization in Hunan Province, points out its main problems of financial supprot, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures and sugesstions from the perspectives of the financial innovation, the system of agricultural insurance, policy coordination, financing channels, combined with the experience of financial support for agricultural industrialization in the foreign courtries in order to promote the development of agricultural industrialization in Hunan Province.
