Study On The Relationship Between Rural Finance And Agricultural Industrialization

With the development of agricultural industrialization in Shandong Province,rural finance plays a more and more important role.This paper describes the status of the development of agricultural industrialization in Shandong Province,found that due to the shortage of funds,lack of awareness of innovation,the main agricultural industrialization appears weak competitiveness,development of quantity and quality of development is not the same problem.Based on the problems in the empirical part of this paper first analyzes the impact of rural finance in Shandong province of agricultural industrialization in Shandong province;and then compare the different nature of the agricultural strong financial institutions(commercial banks,policy banks,credit cooperative institutions)in the process of agricultural industrialization development in the role;the transverse data analysis,study on effects of agricultural industrialization on rural finance.The empirical research conclusions:one is the rural finance can effectively promote the industrialization of agriculture;two financial institutions are different in the agricultural industrialization process different role,role as a rural credit cooperative policy banks have relatively large,but as the Commercial Bank Agricultural Bank support the degree of agricultural industrialization is relatively small,the deviation and the allocation efficiency of financial resource allocation appeared direction and configuration form on the low,significant performance for agricultural credit resources "allocation" and "reverse flow";the three is with the development of the rural economy,agricultural industrialization has a leading role in rural finance the development of the two complement each other,to form a virtuous circle in promoting each other.At the end of this paper,the developing countries(Bangladesh)and developed countries(the United States,France,Japan)the rural financial support of agricultural industrialization management experience,and puts forward some suggestions to play a supporting role in the Agricultural Development Bank and rural credit cooperatives and commercial financial institutions on agricultural industrialization.
