| As a new means by which the corporations break through their ownboundary to innovate technically, tech-innovation strategy alliance hasbeen used all around the world since 1980s. The Chinese state-ownedenterprises (SOEs) should bring it in to improve their tech-innovationcapabilities.This paper employs qualitative analysis and case study. Based onanalysis of the reason why Chinese SOEs have poor tech-innovationcapability, it discusses the effects of tech-innovation alliance on SOEsfrom the aspect of technique sharing, R&D cooperation, knowledgeacquisition, etc., and gets a conclusion that tech-innovation strategyalliance is one of the effective means to innovate technically for SOEs.This paper also gives some suggestions for the selection of alliancemodes and allies according to several relevant theories in order to helpthe readers in the theoretical and practical fields if possible. |
