The Exploration Of Collaborative Innovation Dynamic Mechanism Of Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance

As a new model of innovation, collaborative innovation in industry technology innovation strategic alliance has emerged globally. In China, industry technology innovation strategy alliance began in the end of20th century and developed in2007, but it has been upgraded to a national strategy nowadays. Selecting the collaborative innovation dynamic mechanism as the research object and based on the related articles and the reviewing of the development of industry alliance in China, this article points out that the internal power of collaborative innovation is mainly composed by the profit-driven, resources complementary, knowledge learning and organization system with enterprises, universities and research institutions remaining dominant, while the external power is mainly composed by the industry development, policy support, market demand and industry competition with government and market remaining dominant. Then, by using the synergetic theory, it found that the alliance collaborative innovation is a complex process of self-organization, which is affected by the order parameter----the synergy degree of alliance innovation, while the synergy degree is controlled by the parameter----the alliance organization system.In order to make a concrete analysis of the effect on the alliance synergy degree and the alliance organization system about the alliance collaborative innovation, the article established an evolutionary game model. And that showed the alliance collaborative innovation mechanism is very fragile and its operation tends to collapse mostly in the long term. Only by improving the alliance system quickly, can the alliance members maintain alliance stability more actively and continue to innovate. In the end, it concluded that we should improve the ability of alliance synergy innovation starting with improving alliance organization system as soon as possible, promote the strategic synergy degree among the alliance members constantly, maintain the continuity of openness and the ordering of action, and strengthen the development of heter-organization.
