Research On The Construction Of Enterprise Credit System In Suzhou

The Enterprise Credit Service has been got a rapid development period from the 1960 s.Due to the huge increase of foreign trade volume in western countries in the 60 s of last century,the demand for the investigation of the credit situation of trading partners increased rapidly as well,and then,entered a large-scale credit transaction period.After decades of development,the credit service in western countries has become gradually matured,and its operation system and credit laws and regulations are relatively complete.It has played a decisive role in promoting the economic development of other countries and regulating their market order.In China,the State Council has promulgated the "Some opinions on the construction of social credit system","The deployment of social credit system construction plan" and "Administration of credit administration regulations" and so on,as well as the specific requirements for the 12 th five-year plan,mainly in the courts,tax bureau,industrial and commercial bureau and the bureau of quality supervision,inspection and so on,the regional functions at all levels to collect enterprise credit data as the foundation,compatible society public opinion,media,financial institutions,consumption,and many other evaluation information,enterprise credit system covering the whole country.Under such circumstances,local governments,private institutions and foreign credit bureaus actively participate in the construction of domestic credit investigation.It is an urgent problem for us to establish an efficient credit system in our current system and economic environment.I am engaged in credit system development and related work in Suzhou enterprise credit service company,and very concerned about the development of China's credit industry,also deeply feel the importance of the construction of credit system of local enterprises,hope that through the systematic research on this topic,comprehensive analysis of the status quo of Suzhou local enterprise credit,provide development ideas for the construction of Suzhou local enterprise credit system,explore the measures to ensure the effective operation of the credit system in Suzhou.This paper combines qualitative and quantitative analysis method,focuses on the empirical use of inductive and comparative methods,also combines the construction theory of enterprise credit investigation system with the construction of Suzhou enterprise credit investigation system.According to the author's understanding of Suzhou enterprise creditinvestigation system,through careful and in-depth investigation and research,the author comprehensively analyzes the construction strategy of Suzhou enterprise credit investigation system.In this paper,through the analysis of the current situation of the construction of Suzhou public enterprise credit system,the credit construction of local enterprises must identify the regional characteristics of the region's conclusions,and thus,it is concluded that the construction of Suzhou enterprise credit information public system should be focused on top-level design,data service,supervision mechanism and safeguard measures,creating a public system with Suzhou characteristics.Based on the research on the construction of public credit system of Suzhou enterprises,the results provide guidance for construction of other parts of the local credit reporting systems,and local credit management work in other areas have a certain reference value.
