Empirical Study On Stakeholder Management Strategy Of Chinese Enterprises

The Stakeholder Management has become a new hotspot of the research on stakeholder theory in the west in recent years. From 20 century 80 times, the corporation management model of the priority for stockholder, in which corporation seeks the most stakeholder income by damaging the profits of other main stakeholders, has been doubt seriously. In new economic situation, governors has been placed in a dilemma that they must provide high income for stakeholder, and the same time they must satisfy other main stakeholders claims. So stakeholder management, balancing the stakeholders' conflicting claims and design scientific stakeholder management strategies, has become the huge challenge for governors. Most of the previous empirical study reports were completed abroad. This research has been innovative explored in this research field in china. In this research we have established the stakeholder management model (the QXJ model) which is accord with the Chinese enterprise practice.
